Was here this past weekend for the wine festival so the bulk of this review is based on the specific event. First off, there is no question the grounds here are beautiful. Even though it had been raining for the past couple of days, everything was well manicured. The wine festival itself was okay. I wish they gave you a map for the setup of all the wineries and vendors represented and there approximate location. It would have been much easier to navigate the multiple buildings/tents that way, and even moreso with the bad weather. That being said, the pours by some were just straight up cheap — you could barely get a taste from the minuscule swigs you were taking. Others, were being a little more generous and attentive which was nice. The last downfall of the event, was that there weren’t more stations to rinse out your glasses. After my 2nd tasting of red wine, the residue left behind was definitely affecting all the successive pours. I finally found ONE table, which had a dispenser with water to help me out. Overall, its a fun gathering and the quintessential fall activity. There are some areas of improvement though and regardless of they are addressed, I would definitely come back.

Attended a Tony Bennett, Lady Gaga concert on 7÷25÷15. Waited over an hour to park. Long walk to venue, no crowd control, because it was a mostly middle aged audience people were relatively tame; however, they just kept coming. Overall it was not an enjoyable experience which is too bad because it was a beautiful night, it is a clean and pretty place you just need front row seats and a helicopter to get you there!

Went here for a music festival Mysteryland. The venue was nice. It was my second time coming here. It was well organized and the campgrounds seemed much more organized this time around. Highly recommend this venue for concert events.

One of my favorite venues for a summer concert. History aside, bethel gives off an amazing vibe and everyone who goes there and the staff are amazingly friendly. If you’ve ever been to PNC bank arts center, I suggest you ditch them and come here. It is at least twice the size and not had to get to at all. Lawn seats are a must. They have rules on what you can and can’t bring in but as long as you follow the fine print they send to you via email you’ll be fine. A major thing is that you can’t bring your own lawn chairs. But you can rent them for 5 bucks a pop or bring a blanket. Love, love, love this place.

There were some hiccups with parking/traffic both in and out and also very slow entry but after that, what a great experience. The grounds were very clean, everyone was extremely friendly, and the seating and sound was very good. I wasn’t a fan of the beer offerings, Coors, Sam Adams, and Magic Hat. I wish there were more craft options. That said, the prices were pretty fair for an event space. Definitely go early to take in the museum and tour the grounds. Pretty incredible history to soak up.

I love bethel woods… the whole nostalgia thing. and most of the performers that play here. And the whole set up. beautiful grounds. good sound… however… Parking is a bit of a pain… and at the recent show.(Crosby Stills and Nash) I was told I couldn’t smoke on the lawn… I get it that the hipster wanna be flower children of today hate smoking… and they think it appropriate to bring their flock of children along… but I wish we could go back in time and see what the hippies would say about this encroachment on My freedom. come on People. we’re at an outdoor concert for gods sake… leave the kids at home at at least pretend for one night that your not judgmental yuppies. Especially at a venue like this. David Crosby rocks by the way…;)
