Great place with reasonable prices and super nice people! Only dropped one star because I would love to see a vegan option (other than fries). Something like a hummus and tabouli wrap would be easy. But everything else is good. Kids got egg salad, cheese burger, and sausage egg & cheese and they were all happy. And, for the record, the fries are yummy!

A friend of mine took me here I live in Norwalk but stop in Newtown to visit a friend of mine that lives over there and they have a really Delicious Roast Beef sandwhich really Awesome Deli

I’m surprised there are only two reviews for such a busy place. One of the best delis in the area — FAST: never waited more than 5 minutes for an order (even at peak lunch hours); FRIENDLY: Anne Marie is an awesome multi-​tasker and does it with a smile on her face; DELICIOUS: the menu is limitless and you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. «Pete’s Chicken» would be the way to go for a first-​timer. «Cheesey Beefey» is also great. «Chick-​a-​Rama,» which is their take chicken salad, is absolutely great. Oh and to top it off, they have homemade chips.

I just stopped by Pete’s this morning, as I was in the neighborhood for a change. I was pleased to see such a great assortment of bottled beverages, as I am kinda picky when it comes to bottled teas.
There were lots of snacks to choose from, and the great breakfast and lunch sandwich menu that makes my mouth water!
Pete’s is a local spot, that is worth seeking out. Having worked in that area for lots of years, I have had nearly everything on their menu from salads to sandwiches and wraps.
Support a local place like Pete’s!
