What a disaster — this store is an absolute nightmare and should be shut down altogether. I am absolutely outraged at how poorly I was treated there and complained to the corporate headquarters. I heard the manager was fired, which may be a step in the right direction, but I think the whole staff should be fired across the board and a formal apology should be issued to all of us that had the misfortune of trying to shop there. I tried going in over the summer and was there when they opened in the morning. I walked in as they were opening the door. The horrendous salesgirl took the heavy glass doors, carelessly flung them open, and then watched as they came flying back and hit me right in the back. It hurt so badly it literally took my breath away. She then had the audacity to look at me and say«well, why weren’t you holding the doors??» The manager then came to the front of the store and offered me an ice pack and asked if she should call an ambulance. She told the salesgirl to apologize, and that horrific excuse for a human being actually refused to do so. I went over to her and told her that she needed to be far more careful opening the doors, and she completely ignored me. What an absolute failure of a human being — I am amazed that there are people that callous and awful walking around. I was then bombarded with phone calls from Ann Taylor for weeks. They just wouldn’t stop. They wanted to find out«how I was feeling»(if I was planning on suing the store). Then they had a «risk management» specialist launch a formal inquiry. This genius called to inform me that she reached an important conclusion — this was apparently«an accident.» I asked if she ever considered that maybe they should train their staff better, or if their doors didn’t have to be several hundred pounds worth of swinging glass. She had no response. Buyer beware. What a dangerous, horrendous experience. I should do far more than report them on Unilocal

Once in a while I find some things here. Around 6:20 tonight I walked in and was told they were closing. But I walked by 20 minutes later and saw the same salesperson ringing up a sale for a customer. Oh well. Maybe I looked poor tonight.
