The store is one of their smaller ones(one of their employees admitted as such), so the only models of PC they have on sale are the same ones on-display unless you special ordered one for pickup. The employees are very helpful although the store isn’t quite as organized as the mall’s Apple Store. Unfortunately, my only visits here were to help my parents pick a new PC(the old Dell one failed due to a design flaw but it was covered by the Microsoft Complete for Desktops 3-Year Plan). Due to the lack of in store models, we had to order one from the warehouse and wait for it to be sent to the store for retrieval. When we went to pick up the model, it took a very long time to get the work order completed. The prices are pretty march par for the course — you’ll find cheaper online, but if you can get a Microsoft Complete(extended warranty) plan, it is a lifesaver. The store is okay, but the employees are understanding and helpful.

I went to purchase an accessory but the way and maybe buy a laptop but the way i was treated was like a piece of crap ! even if i spent over $ 200, at least I want people to not maybe regret my decision on the spot by acting like we work for them, when its the other way around. A girl called Tiara or Tiana is very VERY rude. but the rest are very cool, like Suzanne.

To make a long story short, you have 30 days to find out you have a defective device. If you find that out at day 60, there is very little that can be done. They will tell you to give them your computer for 3 – 4 weeks while the manufacture determines if they should send you a new device, during which time you are without a computer. The manufacture may or may not send you a new device at the end of that time, because it may be «fixable», though no guarantees come with that. Really Microsoft takes themselves out of the equation after 30 days. Microsoft’s customer protection policies are terrible, especially when compared to by Apple and microcenter. My advice would be to avoid their retail stores because they offer no added benefit to the consumer. They just keep saying«nothing we can do after 30 days.» I’m so glad to spent an additional 200 bucks on that«protection plan» when I bought that 1400 dollar computer that has needed replaced 2x already(originally bought 90 days ago and replaced again 60 days ago). — Someone who never writes reviews and is totally normal but beyond disgusted by this place

Walked in and was automatically asked if I needed help. My husband said yes and we explained my windows tablet’s battery was being drained and for some unknown reason I couldn’t register it online with Toshiba co. We were immediately referred to Marcus, one of the in-store tecs, and explained everything to me in the nicest manner. He gave me some pointers, resolved my registration issue and gave me a duplicate receipt of the original I never received. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. Seamless. I recommend anyone to come here to fix issues with their Windows devices or even step-by-step tutorial. Thanks Marcus!

Wow just had the worst experience here. Walked in looking to buy a new laptop but needed to make sure it could handle certain heavy software related to my work. Some guy that worked there literally followed me around like a shadow not asking to help me just staring at me and my friend. I tested to see if he was following is by going to each table and looking at nothing then walking to the next and he just leaned in each table. I finally just looked at him and said hi did you need something? He said hi and just stared at us. Needless to say I didn’t make a purchase and he didn’t follow us out so I have no idea what his problem was.

Went to an Elite event here before they opened officially to the public. It is similar to an Apple store but I thought the customer service staff was more knowledgeable. They had people over from the Tysons store who had lots of experience in different fields before working at a Microsoft Store. The new gadgets were very nice, especially the Surface 3. Other new items were just okay(same with any retailer though). Their deals were subpar to be honest. Only three things were on sale and none of it was stuff I felt like I would ever want. But it was a good experience overall.
