We have been using Tmobile as a family for the past 15+ years. Even when they were VoiceStream. Tmobile canceled my Dad’s prepaid plan because they said there was«unsolicited activity occurring». Without warning or prior information my Dad can not make calls. I asked them to check the call records and all it shows is a handful of phone numbers that he usually calls(Family and Friends). But it did not matter to Tmobile. They deactivated his number anyways and now he cant even transfer the number to another carrier. He had to sign up with a new number. They told me we need to write a snail mail to the TMobile fraud department for more indepth response on why it was deactivated due to «unsolicited activity». After this problem, our whole family will switch out of Tmobile because I dont want to lose my number either for no apparent reason.

Still 5 stars! I had to get a new SIM card for my new phone and stopped by at the store yesterday. I received great service and even updated caller ID names on all my phones.

Went in here Saturday night right before closing and Ahmad Jalloh helped me. He was extremely helpful and professional. Answered all my questions and made the transition from my contract with AT&T to T-Mobile very easy. I would recommend this store or Ahmad to anyone looking to switch cell phone carriers.

I have been to this location a few times now for my wife’s phone and the most recent trip was to get a new phone for myself. I was looking for the white Note 3. But the store only had the Note 3 in black. The salesperson and the store managers checked up the inventory at other local stores and even called a few stores to reserve a phone for me at a location that had one in stock! They did all the paperwork for me and all I had to do was drive to the other location and pickup my new phone.

Located in Montgomery Mall, I went to this location of T-Mobile to switch over to their services. It was a long and complicated process and not very easy. Then, the staff member did not mention any SIM fee until the very end when it was too late. I did not appreciate this lack of customer service and transparency. I had hoped T-Mobile would be better but clearly American mobile phone companies are still the worst in the world and we have no choice but to give up and accept it.

Had a great experience last week when I needed to pick up a couple of micro SIMs for my unlocked iPhones. Puneet, the sales guy, was awesome. He was able to answer all my questions, was well-aware of unlocked iPhone users using prepaid T-Mobile plans and he got me what I needed and out of there in a flash.
