Best customer experience of all time. I called about a pair of Boise noise cancelling headphones because the right ear stopped working. Nate not only diligently checked up on this issue, but helped negotiate on my behalf with his manager. In the end, they to let me exchange a new pair in store given that I was moving out of the country and wouldn’t have time to receive a new pair of headphones in time before moving. Nate saved me the time I needed to be in store and helped me efficiently with a friendly manner. AWESOME! Now I have my favorite headphones for my long flight :)

Very professional staff. I had some questions, which were answered in a manner that I understood(not too technical). I too enjoyed the demo theater room. Well worth the time. I love by new surround sound from the Bose Store! While Bose is expensive, it is just as good if not better than Bang & Olufsen.

If you go to a Bose store, you already have a pretty good idea of what you want. Joe Bernstein the store manager was my guy, and showed me the QC15 headphones and answered my questions and set me up with a demo that was true to the online reviews I’d read. He offered for me to sit in the movie theater demo room to kill 15 – 20 minutes. I highly recommend it. Bose quality products as expected, good staff and presentation. I walked out $ 317 lighter with a great set of headphones.
