Jeffrey Conley – State Farm Insurance Agent

Just moved into town from Phoenix. My agent out there referred me to Jeff Conley’s office. I went to the office and met with Julian, a very nice employee of Jeff’s. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Jeff came out from his office to meet me and stayed with us through the appointment. I was very impressed with the time he spent with me. Very personal. I will be referring my new neighbors to Jeff! Thank you!

Ok, have had a company car since April.
Didn’t need two cars so sold the old one and certainly did not need insurance anymore.
Was 20+ years with Allstate and have (knock on wood) a clean record of zero claims or issues and always got their token quarterly checks.
Called Allstate and they told me that because I hadn’t had «continuous» coverage (8 months off), I did not qualify for the rates I had.
Really? So after chewing them out and telling they have now lost a great customer I called Jeffrey Conley who owns an agency.
One of Jeff’s reps set me up in less than a couple commercial breaks with State Farm at a rate $ 120 less per month than Allstate.

I’ve been with State Farm my entire driving career and Jeffrey Conley’s office for the last few years (though I’ve never met or spoken to Jeffrey himself). His staff is friendly and efficient. Most recently, I worked with Lorenzo, who graciously sent multiple faxes and kept me apprised when I needed documents to present to the DMV; it was nothing short of an ordeal, but not because of my insurance office! Quick, reliable service!

At first this company really impressed me with the quick response and low rates. After about a year I needed to change my insurance and my rep was extremely bad at returning phone calls. I still gave them another chance.
After a few weeks I needed to change my insurance again and I have been facing the same problem since May 31^st. No reply to emails, and no returned phone calls.
I give this company 1 star for lack of customer service.
