Buford, GA
Awful customer service. Waited in store for 30 minutes and was never spoken to once by an employee. There were three of them in there and no one spoke to me at all. The only time I was even acknowledged was by an employee who came out of the back, put my name on a waiting list, then promptly disappeared to the back again. I waited another 10 minutes then just gave up. I’ll just go to the store in Buford next time.

bypass this place if at all possible. they do NOT have a repair desk for warranty work, parts etc. most of the help is underqualified and were rude to me. it’ll be back to verizon as soon as my contract expires i promise you!
