My wife and I decided on using ice cream cake at our November 2013 wedding rather than the traditional bakery style cake. This was one of the best decisions we ever made. From our initial conversation with the owner at the Catasauqua Road Carvel, we were comfortable with our decision. On the wedding day we were greater with perfectly portioned slices of ice cream cake that we heard rave reviews about. In the end, our choice worked out well for us and the people at Carvel in Bethlehem really helped us make the day about what we liked. The ice cream was flavorful and fresh!
