Cigars International Factory Store

I have never been in a cigar shop with a larger selection. Shopkeeper was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He told me he wished he had a larger store so he could stock more different cigars. Huge selection!

On some days this shop turns into a hangout more than a business, but that makes the customer experience much more friendly (as long as the employees are willing to break away and ring you up or answer questions)

Now if you wish to get some smokes from this town here’s your spot. Located in downtown this has a good deal of what you might want & the staff is very knowledgeable & can assist in your finding what you want. Also this place during decent weather has tables/​chairs so you can smoke outside & yes they even smoke in the place & for me the other nice little thing is that PA has no tax on cigars (sorry Karin). Note for yourself if you want to enjoy perhaps don’t try to rush yourself if you got a cab because if the driver will wait or take off & do other fares don’t timerush yourself (little note for myself).

Been here a few times and never disappointed. Staff makes this place great, they are very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. Selection is top notch and prices are reasonable. No need to go anywhere else.

I went there and wanted to buy some cigars, which where reasonably priced with a big sticker on the box. After paying I discovered I was over charged. I showed the clerk my receipt and pointed out the sticker price. He just shrugged his shoulders and said: «So, I can change the sticker easily, what is the problem?» I pointed out it’s easy to lure customer with a low price into the store and then over charge him. It’s against the law in PA. After a while he agreed to refund me the difference, because he pointed out he is a nice guy. No, I think he was an arrogant jerk.
Cigars International has a nice selection, but watch carefully when paying what sticker price says on the box and what they charge you. Some of the sales people are really condescending.

To think that this is my second cigar store review and I don’t even smoke cigars …
I don’t usually venture into a cigar store on my own — I usually have my husband in tow (or rather, I’m in tow). The first two things I noticed in this store were the huge selection (the entire place is one big humidor) and the smoke. This store is thick with cigar smoke because it also serves as a lounge. Another cigar store we frequent is a lot more spacious and the lounge is a bit more seperate, so the smoke isn’t something I tend to notice as much there. In this store, you can see it. Just be aware if this could be an issue for you or maybe a kid you have with you.
The store was clean and well organized and the prices were very reasonable. They seemed to have a wider than usual variety of brands as well as sizes of the different cigars (I know my husband sometimes likes the option of a cigar that takes a little less time to smoke). No one offered to help us while we were there, so that’s the only reason I didn’t give Cigars International a 5. It was a busy weekend (Harvest Festival), so maybe if we went at more of an off time the service would be better in that respect. This is a cigar store that’s definitely worth checking out.

A superb selection coupled with expert, knowledgeable staff. I’ll go here every once in a while in order to get a cigar or two for those special occasions that tend to pop up. Each time I’ve ended up with exactly what I wanted, and for a reasonable price. The guys that work there are very well mannered and know more than some of the other cigar shops I’ve visited, and the selection is greater by far than just about every single other place I’ve been to. Definitely the place to go if you’re either an aficionado or recreational cigar smoker.
