I placed my order online, right half cheese & left half sausage & onions. Apparently they can’t read because I received a pizza that was all sausage & onions. The order reciept online & the reciept on the box both said my order correctly. I called to inform them of their mistake & was not offered a pizza credit or anything. Just«I’ll let my manager know, thank you!»

1 star doesn’t seem low enough to describe the poor quality and complete lack of concern and customer service from this Marcos store in Bethlehem. We have been ordering pizza and salad for well over a year. I can honestly say that we’ve had more orders delivered incorrectly, cold, late, missing dressings, etc. than we’ve had correct orders. What’s even more concerning, is that the owner, Cajul, is the most disrespectful, rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They continually forget salad dressings, underestimate the time it takes and it’s always late and cold. The biggest disappointment is that the food is amazing when prepared and served as its meant to be served. Cajul accuses employees and customers alike of trying to get things for free, and blaming everyone else for the problems she has created. Marcos corporate needs to find a new owner!!!

Never have it together! Always making excuses for why your order isn’t ready on time. Never any apologies either! Pizza is good terrible customer service.

Excellent pizza at a great value. Friendly staff plenty of toppings to choose from. Clean new place.
