I am never going to this awful place again!!! The card was charged, email confirmation was sent and my damn food is not here 3 hours later! And they won’t answer their stupid phone! If you actually wanted your dinner, do not go here!

Best pizza around town. My boyfriend and I always have always ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and it’s perfect every single time.

I will try this place again for pizza because the crust was very good, but I was disappointed in the lack of cheese. That said, I also ordered a grilled chicken salad that was very large but very unappetizing. I ended up throwing it all out which was a waste of $ 10. The cold«grilled» chicken didn’t have any flavor and was rubbery, and the rest of the salad ingredients were not flavorful either. Note to restaurants: If you’re not going to serve a hot, fresh grilled chicken breast, don’t bother! My advice is if you stick with plain pizza and order face to face, maybe they will give you a better product.

Great place for a great Stromboli! Run by a family and super friendly! They take very good care of their little place, it’s squeaky clean. The dough has touch of the right amount of sweetness, fluffiness and baked to a perfect crust. The marinara sauce is great, chunky, peppery and low acidity. I will definitely recommend this place especially for Lehigh University students. It’s just a couple of blocks away, supper affordable and huge sizes. (I did not give Five star even though it tasted great, because my Stromboli needed a tiny little bit more on the oven)

Being from New York I am very picky when it comes to pizza. But Oliverio’ delivers an awesome pie that I could eat everyday. I truly love their meat lovers pizza, it is packed with toppings and it’s delicious. Plus their salads are worth every penny since they don’t skimp out on the freshness and toppings. I also love that they utilize grubhub and other ordering sites to make things so much easier. Some of my friends used to order Lehigh Pizza a lot, but after showing them what they were missing at Oliverio’s, they refuse to go back. In my opinion, I would rather pay a little more for a much better and delicious pizza. Not only is the food fantastic but so is the service. The owner always welcomes you and thanks you and has a smile on his face. I can’t wait to introduce more people to it and get Oliverio’s the recognition it deserves as being an outstanding pizza joint in Bethlehem.

Finally. A pizza place in the Bethlehem area that I can get behind. What I like most about this place is the quality of the ingredients and their ability to make a non-greasy pizza(even with a pizza like pepperoni, which you expect to be a little greasy). Actually, I also like most the friendly, family-own feel of the place. The owners make you feel like they’ve known you for years even though it’s your first time walking in. I keep going back to this place over and over again because no other place can compare to their quality. I’ve had plain pepperoni pizzas, their arugula and prosciutto pizza, their broccoli and ricotta(with chicken added — which they weren’t sparse with!), and several custom combinations of our own — and all of them have been equally good as the last! Just one thing to note: not all of their pizzas have sauce and cheese on them. If that’s the type of pizza you want, just be careful to pay close attention to the menu so you know what you’re ordering. Already made that mistake on my own(not that we were disappointed with our choice).

I’m addicted to their broccoli and ricotta pizza. Fine I said it! Admitting I have a problem is half the battle.

Ordered the BBQ Chicken special pan pizza and it was outstanding! Flavor and crust were perfect. BBQ sauce on pizza was delicious and bacon had a slight maple flavor that added to the tastiness. Will definitely order from Oliverio’s sometime soon.

Some of the worst pizza I ever had. We ordered the Napoletana and the sauce had no flavor, the cheese tasted like cheap fake«mozzarella,» and the dough was soggy. It was dripping all down my arm while I was eating it — disgusting, runny and bland. Even the garlic knots were bland. Honestly would have been better to go to domino’s instead!

This place is family owned and the family could not be friendlier. I’ve had a few calzones and pizza from here and they were all delicious. at first I thought it was a little expensive but then I realized the calzones could feed a small village. Last time I went the owners son made my pizza. He is waiting on my word on if he does it better than his father.

Enjoyed a delicious broccoli, garlic, mozzarella, and ricotta pizza. Boyfriend had the frutta dolce pizza with mozzarella, apple slices, walnuts, and honey– ended up dipping some of my pizza in some of the honey that dripped off because it was so good! Owners were great and fun to talk with– will definitely be back!

This review is going to be simple. Why? Because quite honestly the food here is straight forward-no frills-solid. In a way I was very skeptical ordering from here thinking«Oh boy just what this area needs with yet another pizza place.» But I figured why not as they are new and the initial reviews online looked positive. They do deliver via calling the shop of course but also via Grub Hub and The $ 2 delivery charge while petty and annoying is not a deal breaker as other local places charge similar or more. Let’s start with the two bad things worth noting: 1. If you’re looking for the usual local pizza shop apps you won’t find them here as there are no fried offerings to be had so no mozz sticks, wings or pierogies which for me personally is not a huge turn off, it’s just odd not seeing something like that on the menu. 2. The prices are very much on the high side. Charging $ 9 for a panini without any fries or something similar to accompany it is really pushing what I think the area will pay for that type of menu item long term. Also, pizza prices for things with toppings are equally high. They charge on average about $ 2 more per pie for similar sized things you could get at other places in the area like $ 16 for one medium Hawaiian pizza versus $ 13.95 or $ 14 at several area competitors that I just price checked. Now with that out of the way let’s talk about the two good things: 1. The initial Grub Hub delivery estimate was something around 70 minutes which if that were to have come to pass this would have been my one and only time ever ordering from here. Thankfully, everything was delivered hot & fresh in around 35 – 40 minutes which is perfect. 2. The food quality itself was very good. The lovely wife enjoyed her avocado turkey panini and the pizza(both traditional cheese and a personal hawaiian) had a very good sauce/cheese ratio, soft-ish crust and more than enough toppings to be worth the extra cost. Overall Oliverio’s is a solid addition to the local pizza scene. While the prices for some things are on the high side, the quality is also there plus the fast delivery is a combination that should keep them for the long run. We’ll be back.

Great food! We ordered panini with chicken, presto and red peppers. We also order Stromboli and it was great. Looking forward to going back.

I never write reviews… but because this place is new and the owners seem super sweet I figured I would. It’s wonderful! Super fresh tasting gourmet pizza. I got the prosciutto & arugula as well as the frutta dolce(added sausage) and it was way better than I could have hoped. I’m not a fan of the pizza around here at all so I’m super excited to have a new favorite pizza place! I really hope they are here to stay!

Everything is just so frekin good! I have tried the Napoletana, Chicken Caesar, BBQ chicken, Buffalo Chicken, Prosciutto & Arugula, Sausage & Roasted Reds, Hawaiian, and the Frutta Dolce pizzas AND a couple of the strombolies and calzones(not all in one sitting, of course) AND they are all so different but all so frekin good! What I love: — the slices are HUGE — the pizza — the owners make you feel welcome instantly — the pizza pies are offered in so many different sizes(5!!!) I recommend Oliverios in a heartbeat. Bethlehem just got a little bit more delicious!

After a day on the slopes of Blue Mountain one craves to eat something delicious, warm, and carb-licious.(30 minutes is not much of a drive especially considering there’s not much to eat around the mountain — also have you ever had the horrible food of a ski slope cafeteria? I rather starve and wait for Oliverio’s) It certainly is a huge plus that when you walk in you are greeted by the lovely owners of Oliverio’s and instantly feel the sweet relief of reaching the perfect spot. This lovely mom & pop joint definitely knows pizza. The menu is extensive and has a little something for everyone. Did I mention they have dessert items if pizza, panini, and salad isn’t enough? Not only that — but they deliver within a 3 mile radius — college kids — let’s upgrade our taste buds from the chain pizza shops. Pizzas are made freshly when ordered with pure skill and dedication to the art of pizza making. I’ve been all over for pizza from the great cites of New York, Brooklyn, Chicago, Naples, but they are not a match for Oliverio’s. Have you seen Oliverio at work? That’s pure concentration. I had the pleasure of trying slices of BBQ Chicken and Frutta Dolce and could not resist bringing 2 pies back with me of Supreme and Vegetarian.(Hungry for a slice? Stop in! and if a slice isn’t enough… order pieS like me.) Even after the crazy winter white out I drove through the pizza is delicious and mouthwatering. Now… when can I go back to try that Prosciutto & Arugula pie. And to add the sweetness of the owners on Valentine’s day they had a huge box of chocolate to share with customers! Can’t wait to go back. I’m hooked!
