Can’t understand why this place is getting all these horrible reviews but after thinking about the customer service, I dropped my rating from a 4 to a 3 star. I will agree with those who said«great concept, poor execution.» Place is a dream for those in their mid 20’s+ looking for a fun night out. Bowling, pool, bar and an arcade and full restaurant menu. The bowling lanes themselves were almost too good. Not your typical bowling alley lanes, thats for sure. After talking to the bar tender, he said they have a guy come in every day to do maintenance on them, so they are legit, to say the least. Their Wednesday night deal is 2 $ shoes, rounds and bud lights/pbr which we were all about. My one knock to this place was that some of the staff was snippy and not the most inviting. We went to look around the arcade to see what they had to offer after asking the hostess if it was ok. She told us it was fine and we could go back to bowling after we looked around. When we got back probably 5 minutes later, they had taken our jackets away from our lanes and just placed them on chairs in front of the pool tables. When we asked why they moved our stuff, the main cashier said«we had to move them in case anyone came and needed a lane.» It was a Wednesday night and there were easily 15 other open lanes, so it was almost like they were pushing us out. It was just a weird vibe. Came off like it was a hassle that they had to do their jobs. It was also very interesting that being an hour away from philly, they didn’t have the Flyers or Sixers game on tv, and when asked to put it on, the manager(I’m assuming) came over and told us he searched all 700 channels and they didn’t have the game. To sum it up, would definitely go back. Awesome concept, however hidden in though ruff. Prior to tonight, I thought the place was a gym based on their storefront and logo. Also easily the nicest bowling alley I’ve ever been to. Again, not sure if the lanes themselves were very good and professional, or a fancy gimmick to make people think they are. For their own good, they should probably swap out some staff for younger, more upbeat and inviting employees to draw a better crowd.

Other reviews are pretty spot on, but we enjoy the time and try to avoid it at peak hours. There are a limited number of lanes and the wait time is usually ridiculous. If you want to bowl there are better places in the area. Pricing is high, no doubt about that, you are paying for the atmosphere. As for bowling, you are best if you have your own shoes and balls. They have very few of the common sizes. I’m your average size and usually use a Standard L holes for the bowling ball, they must only stock about 5 of these cause all you can find are XL and XXL. Wait staff is pretty over worked. A typical waiter covers 5 – 6 tables, these people cover an entire section of lanes which is about 10 or more. Why cause some want to eat and drink, others don’t. If you are in a busy area, you are going to wait. During off times the wait staff is great, but during peak hours don’t waste your time. For bowlers, the lanes are really sticky, no slide and not well kept. If you have issues on your lane, good luck getting them fixed. this place has a lot of potential but usually falls short.

10 kids and 3 adults and everyone had a blast on our day off from school/work! Kids loved bowling and snacks followed by some arcade time. Appetizers were tasty. We went right when it opened and it wasn’t too busy. As the crowd picked up the waitresses were hustling… but we had great service. Will definitely go back again!

Went 2x the first time want acknowledged for 45+ minutes and the place was slow. Looked for the waitress and ALL we yucking it up at the service station. Poor management for my own drinks to give the waitress some time, also told the bartender we were waiting. 20 minutes later we still are not approached so we left.

Great concept, poor execution. Bowling alley really not meant for actual bowlers. They won’t setup alternate lane for bowling, and the approach is so sticky it’s impossible to actually slide when bowling. Forces everyone to walk upto lane at slow speed and throw ball from full stop like a beginner would. So if you want to drink/eat it good, if you actually want to bowl I would avoid this place.

Total waste of time! Went there on a Monday night around 10pm. We checked the website and even called their number to check their closing time. Both said they close at midnight. We walk in and the guy at the desk asks us «what can I do for you?» We tell him we want to bowl and he says they are closing at 10pm. We told him we checked the site and it said they close at midnight which he replied that they were slow so they decided to close early. We won’t be back again.

It’s really a hit or miss here. It’s sad that you can have great atmosphere and amazing service and the next time you come in its completely the opposite. If it was just consistent I’d come here more often. Clean place and the arcade is fun. If you’ve never been just go and try it out for yourself.

This place is a joke. We were not even here for more than 15 minutes and I felt that inclined to leave a review. My husband and I came with the intention to end our date night with a game of bowling. We stood at the front counter for at least 10 minutes before being addressed by someone as the others were too busy talking and hanging out behind the counter. We were then informed that it would cost $ 30 just to bowl one game(not including shoe rentals) bc on Fridays and Saturdays, you pay by the hour as opposed by the game. So again, 1 game of bowling for 2 people= $ 30 without shoe rentals. Are you kidding me? How is this place still in business? Then we thought,” okay that sucks but maybe we’ll just play a game of pool.” Nope! That too was way overpriced. $ 15 an hour for pool? No, thank you. We did not try the food or beverages and we certainly don’t plan to as we will not be returning considering our 15 minutes here was enough time wasted.

We didn’t bowl, which looked to be the biggest draw of the place. We had drinks and appetizers in the bar. I had loaded fries with pulled pork, it was very good. Everyone I was with enjoyed their food. Cocktails were strong, tasty, and reasonably priced for the area($ 8 Cosmo). We checked out the arcade but it was too expensive($ 4 skee ball) to play. Although the arcade did have newer games that all looked to be in good condition. I would go back anytime, seems like a good place to go with a group and hang out awhile.

Wow. This place is super expensive for the most basic of things. They charge $ 15 an hour for pool. $ 14 for shuffleboard. And the food is ridiculous. All the food was poor and thrown together. If you like everything about Dave & Busters but want less fun, way worse food, hardly any people, and like being nickel and dimed, then this is the place for you. I am constantly disappointed. I’m done trying to give this place a shot. Ugh.

This place is a total dump. Bar was gross and sticky. The bartender made us memo drop shots made with Bankers vodka and lemonade and charged us $ 8 a shot. Couldn’t find anything on the menu worth eating. And you need to sell a kidney to pay for a bowling lane. Gimmicky and over priced. Better places in the area if you want to go bowling.

Expensive, food is not that great, entertainment is so-so and people insist on bringing their kids, at all hours of the night! I was under the impression that it was supposed to be like Dave and Busters, an arcade for grown ups, but kids are allowed and they will be there LATE. I hate that! And a lot of the games are broken. And it’s very hot upstairs.

Food was just OK, nothing exciting but the fun my nephew and big kid(hubby) had while here was worth going! My nephew enjoyed the chicken fingers, I mean you really can’t go wrong with that choice. My husband ordered the turkey club which was tasty and my choice with the grilled chicken was the poorest choice since it was dry and flavorless. The service was good an she was really friendly and funny. Come for the novelty of it but not so much the food. Fun time.

Beware, you might get a lane, but no shoes. I wear a size 13 and apparently they do not stock too many of those. I came out for a friend’s 40 birthday party. I was the only one who could not bowl because they did not have any shoes that would fit me. The lanes will be full one the weekends and the hostess will lie about the wait times. 60 minutes will become 90 minutes and 90 minutes will become, well you get the picture. The high schooler when are he hostesses for the lanes will give you and estimate and conveniently forget that they have three parties coming in in the next hour and that you will never get a lane. The bar was good. Fast service. Just don’t expect to bowl on the weekends.

I’m not sure what to say here. The kitchen operation is apparently a disaster. We heard grumbles from a number of people as we waited for 35 minutes to receive our appetizers. A busy night or not, the trio chip dip and smothered fries should not take that long. The burgers that we subsequently ordered took an inordinate amount of time to come out. Everything was super salty and mediocre. The service is awful and the two bumbling kitchen managers stood around aimlessly. The high top bar table next to us sat stacked with dirty dishes for the duration of our meal. A hostess walked by and pulled off the menus but didnt touch the stacked up plates. The bathrooms are filthy as well. This place has potential but tonight just failed miserably.

2nd chance review. Came out for a bowling night. Checked in. Given a pager like device to wait for an open lane. Waited at grille bar and had a drink(Pleased with service at grille bar) got paged and began our bowling night out(double date). Had a great time. Server Anthony took care of us. Kudos to him and the great service he provided. He stayed on top of things. Kept checking and refilling out drinks. Although we did not dine here I am giving this a thumbs up for the bowling aspect on the 2nd visit. Good times…

This place is a nightmare and I couldnt believe my eyes! We went on a friday night around 10 pm and had to wait for lane. We sat a HALFWAYEMPTYBAR and waited atleast 8 minutes to be acknowledged while the bartenders flirted back and fourth. Thier behavior made it seem there were in 7th grade. Very, very immature. Finally, we got service and the drinks took forever to make. 2 martinis shouldnt be hard to make !! Espepcially since we ordered them off THIEROWN menu. Drinks werre made, lane opened up and we started to bowl. It was fun. Great time. Waitress came to our lane and asked if we wanted refills. We said yes. 20 minutes goes by, and waitress comes back and apologizes that they are out of pineapple juice and if there was another drink we wanted. We asked for something different, 20 minues goes by and we see the waitress wandering around asking other tables if they needed anything. I spoke up and said — hey, we are bowling for 1 hour, it is 40 minutes into our BOWLINGGAME, we ordered from you 40 minutes ago, where are our drinks? The waitiress looked at me like I had 3 heads. She came back over with the drinks when we have 7 minutes left to bowl. 7 minutes!!! We woulda been better off going to bar ourselves and getting our own drinks! Prices are high! Service was horrible and hanus. We left a PENNYTIP for the waitress! This place has the potentional to be a lot of fun. However, they do not care about hiring quality service. They know people will come regardless of the service. Service is not a priority. We will be back — but we will be sneaky and bring our own drinks in the ladies purses. THEYWOULDNEVERKNOW ! Trust me! Check this place out — it was fun, good music, but for being half full on a friday nite — and the service to be that bad — its unsettling !!! :)

Atmosphere is good. Food is above average. Service is possibly the worst I have had. We were told a 20 minute wait which turned in to 1 hour. We were seated after complaining to management. The staff here is way too young and doesn’t handle the hustle bustle very well. Food took forever and was brought out about 7 minutes apart. People had their meals and finished them before the other meals were even brought out. Unacceptable. If we come back, it would to play games only. Which is a shame because the good was good and so was the ambiance.
