Om nom nom. Our group of 4 ordered takeout for Valentine’s day and it was superb. Portions were large (I ordered the small vegetable lo mein and had plenty for a second meal). Best Chinese food I’ve had… ever! Affordable as well. Our total was around $ 40 for four adults with TONS of leftovers.

Got the szechuan chicken combination, which had a good amount of vegetables, lean chicken, and delicious fried rice! Thought the price was fair and service was prompt. Myself and my two coworkers who also ordered were very happy with their meals.

Great place! I love Egg Foo Young and it was great here. The ingredients they use have a fresh taste and you can see the chefs making your food. I am so excited to finally find a good Chinese place in Bethlehem. I hope others like it. Mostly take out but they have a few dine in tables.

I am not a Chinese food aficionado bit I’m giving this place 5 stars because there are so many bad places around. This place is clean, bright and has plenty of room to eat in. Plus, easy parking right out front. You get all the fast service and wide selection you love about American Chinese food without all the hassles of most local joints.

Love love love this place ! It’s quite hard to find decent Chinese take out in the area anymore. The food is great. It’s clean, you can see right into the kitchen. The staff is friendly and very accommodating when it comes to customizing orders. And the service is always fast, it doesn’t matter how busy they are I’ve never waited more than 15 – 20 minutes! Thankfully it’s not far from me but if it was it would still be worth the drive !

Was in town on business and staying at the Hyatt. Got back to the room and had a craving for Chinese food and this place got good Unilocal reviews. I was starving so my eyes were bigger than my stomach. Order hot &sour soup, orange chicken and a side of veggies (vegetable delight) and asked for it spicy. Everything was terrific ! Soup was excellent, veggies were fresh and crisp and with a nice ‘heat and orange chicken was really good. Food was ready on time — all that food and 2 bottles of water was $ 19 which I think is totally reasonable. Enjoy

This Chinese restaurant is by far the best Chinese food in the area. We order from here all the time, trying new things and it’s never a disappointment. They’re very friendly, affordable and clean.

This is seriously the best Chinese food in Bethlehem!!! I would eat here everyday if I could! Very clean, fast, and delicious. They have great prices for lunch specials. The dumplings are incredible! I’d much rather eat here than go to a buffet. There are also tables inside if you want to eat there.

All of the other Unilocalers have this place pegged perfectly.
1. It’s clean
2. The staff truly is friendly
3. You can customize and they don’t bitch about it
4. Not nearly as greasy nor are things fried as hard as they can be at other places
5. You can actually see into the kitchen area so things are on the up and up
6. When they say 15 minutes it’s always done in 15 minutes
Solid takes on Sweet & Sour Chicken, Orange Chicken, Beef Broccoli plus any of the fried rice choices.
I’ve got several Chinese spots that are closer but I’ll drive across town for better especially when the food and service here are the real deal.

I have not found any better standard fare Chinese cuisine options in the Lehigh Valley.
They do a very nice job with take-​out, they’re efficient & nice people to deal with. Glad to know about this place & I think it was the prior Unilocal reviews that convinced us to try it.

THE best Chinese in the area. wish they delivered! Moved in down the street and tried them out, it was delicious. AT work we order Chinese about once a week from all over the area and everyone agrees (which NEVER happens) this place is hands down the best. The portions are perfect, the meats are meaty w/​o fat pieces, the rice is fluffy and not greasy, the service is great. AND I’ve been there, the kitchen is spotlessly clean. very impressed!!! If you’re vegetarian, they have imitation dishes for you too!!! Love Love Love. I’m craving it now!

Previous review nailed all the key points… clean, cheap, good food, good portions, good selection, healthier options, speak English. If you’re looking for a new Chinese place or at least a new one to try, give Ruby a shot. Open on Monday’s as well which is a big plus for us.

I’ve been here a few more times and wanted to give the place a fair upgrade. The cleanliness of the place and lack of greasy entrees are making me sorry I only gave them 3 stars the first time. In the realm of «take out Chinese»…this place is going to become my «go-​to». Reasonable prices, «healthier» dishes. Worth as shot if you find yourself looking for a new Chinese take out place.
