This might’ve been the worst eating experience I have ever had in my entire life I am at 220 pound well fed white man and I feel unwanted and minuscule at this establishment all the staff was rude and ignorant food came before soup soup was terrible food was cold bar was closed I will never ever eat here again if I could vote zero stars I would do so beware do not eat here it is terrible

The service was so bad it ruined the meal. I told the manager mid-​meal but no improvement. In addition, we ordered a whole sea bass and they did not offer to filet it or even give us a knife. The food was good.

Sushi review!
You know, in a casino that has such a large Asian population, you would think the only Asian cuisine option would be exceptional.
It’s not.
So, I wanted some sushi. First mistake was it wasn’t made to order. Like it was some shopping mall stuff. But hey, the tuna looked good, and in fairness it wasn’t horrible.
What was horrible was the service.
Not knowing what each sushi item is, crazy.
I had one decent item, one mediocre item. This is just another in a long line of mediocre restaurants at the market

The food was very expensive, but quality which is important to me, so 4 stars there only due to price. My biggest problem was after finding out that there were 3 noodle choices for the soup I tried ordering per the cashier girl with the glasses, I asked her to please repeat the choices because it was my first time here. Yes, she said it so fast with her accent that I could not understand her and was unfamiliar with the name of one of the noodle choices. And she slammed her fist on the cash register 3 times, each time repeating the noodle names. Honestly, in this order, I was shocked, appalled and than got angry but kept my mouth shut. (My fiancé who knows me well just stared at me) So for me, that was extremely poor customer service. And because of that, I will think hard before returning to this place. And to add insult to injury, I couldn’t believe it when it continued when the same cashier and the soup girl began laughing at an intoxicated male who complained about his food… right in front of all customers. «Customer Service» less then 1 star.

The food there is insanely expensive. My dad is a regular there and he says that normally the food comes out pretty fast. When I went the service was pretty slow. The waiters knew what they were doing but some was clueless. They had to let us ask to give us bowls. Other than the service, the food was really good.

Friendly staff and nice atmosphere! The down side is the pricey menu. The food is alright, nothing special about it.

They have these great little Hong Kong Style grilled meats over rice and they are delicious. They serve food very quickly. It’s authentic Chinese food.

Nice casual atmosphere friendly staff. Tried chicken with black pepper sauce. Nice combination of chicken bamboo shoots onion and green peppers in brown sauce laced with black pepper. Subtle with a kick

This review is not based on the food. The food still gets a 10+ but sadly my favorite restaurant in the entire world has shattered my dreams of it being so perfect ! I was here 2 nights ago and yes I was dining alone due to the fact everyone I was with ate at emerils. I didnt want to cheat on chopsticks so I refused to go with my party. Now let me just say for a petite gal I can eat alot ! And there’s no shame to my game I enjoy my food. However I was just stunned when the waitress convinced me not to order the seafood rice cakes because they were too big of a portion. She straight out said «all this for you ??? Nooooo you must not, you can’t eat all this «
She broke my heart. I felt like such a pig that I ended up ordering something delicious but not what I wanted at all :(MAYBE I would have taken the rest to go lady ! Since when is it a waitresses job to tell you what you can’t eat!!! not to mention it was the most expensive thing on that part of the menu and I wasn’t using comps to pay .But I was not complaining I was more than happy because I was finally going to get to taste the seafood rice cakes or so I thought :(

Insanely expensive for food that is equivalent to chinese take out. There is no way they can charge that much money for food when their actual restaurant setting looks like a high school cafeteria with fancy chairs. Great staff though, they are well educated on their products and certainly on top of their service.
There are plenty of cheaper and better tasting asian food options at The Sands.

Tried it last Friday. Pricey menu, spotty service. After taking our order, the waiter brought my appy and my wife’s entrée to the table. It took a bit to make him return her dish to the kitchen and fetch her appy. Obviously they have no heat lamps, because her entrée was cold. The Orange Beef she ordered was chewy and loaded with gristle; my Beef Chow Fun should have been «Where’s the Beef?»
My recommendation: if you crave Asian, hit Far East in the food court. It’s cheaper, the food is tasty and hot, but lacks ambience.
But let’s face it, ambience is not worth the price if the food is questionable.

I was with my family at the Sands Casino and my parents wanted to eat here since they had lots of casino credits to use up. The food was surprisingly good, authentic Cantonese cuisine. Only downside is the prices are ridiculous but we basically ate for free with the comps. Most of the other patrons here were hardcore Chinese gamblers so I can see this place doing well.
Final verdict: If you have the comps and you want some real deal Chinese food then you won’t be disappointed. If you’re down on your luck and just gambled away next month’s rent money, stick to Panda Express
