Always clean especially with people always in and out during jewelry show. The bread is fresh and the ingredients are always top notch. The staff is polite and makes sure they hear what you want on the sandwich (even if rude arrogant people ask if they are not listening. The staff is, the people need to be off their phones). They do a great job here.

Clean, fast, Subway. I was pleased with the freshness of the bread and ingredients. This location resembles a snack bar … It is free standing in a mini mall. I wish it was more convienent to park and jump in to get a sub and go. Thats the reason why I took off one star. Other than that, business as usual. You will be pleased!

The only real negative for this Subway would be that coming during Lunch is a bad idea as it gets mobbed from the various people working in the Westgate «Mall» and from LVHN/​offices next door.
But if you can get in before 11am or in after 6pm then usually your wait is zero especially on a Sunday.
The staff here is always well trained, friendly, quick and efficient.
They also do not practice the portion control that other Subway’s do (West Broad Street in Bethlehem, I’m talking to you) nor are they filthy by regularly practicing cross-​contamination (Hello, Hellertown).
Giving five stars to a Subway seems kind of silly since in the end coming here is a total rip off compared to what it would cost to make the exact same thing at home just with less nitrate-​laden meats but I’m going to go there anyway because to me the staff make the experience so easy that if you’re too damn lazy to do it yourself, at least they make you feel like they actually want your business.

Best Subway service I have experienced. The rather small franchise is in the Westgate Mall and can get some rather long lines around lunch time. Thankfully, their staff works really well together and keeps everything moving at a nice pace.
