4 employees working, service slower than belief. I ask for hearty italian bread… the 1 employee looks around for a minute trying to find some… then another tells me they are out. I ask for an extra cup so my kid can share a little of mine… well I am handed a dixie cup. I asked for a cup with a lid and was told I had to pay for a full drink. I declined… Then when I went to fill my cup, the machine had no ice. I told them 3 times there is no ice. Finally they said there has to be, the machine makes it by itself. I told them its obviously broken, then to avoid a bigger scene, I threw my cup on the counter and left. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! To top things off, when I got to my destination and took the subs out of the bag, they opened up and fell on the floor. They were never taped or wrapped properly!
