The store is amazing! The staff (especially the manager Lily) is very helpful and offers many different ways to wear the clothing. The clothes are comfortable, easy and mostly timeless. I am from the east coast and contact the store often for new clothes to be shipped or styling advice. Lily is a gem and always styles me! I can’t wait until I am in LA again to visit Alice and Olivia.

So I’m all about customer service, and because I was greeted and assisted so admirably I had to write a Unilocal review about this specific location. I came into the Alice and Olivia on Beverly Drive last week looking for a last minute wedding dress someone named Lilly helped me. She gave me multiple options and was very patient with me while I tried all the outfits on. I’m very picky and I love when I’m understood. This girl definitely shined through her professionalism. After trying on couple dresses, I finally found the dress I loved! Not only was her taste valuable, but she even showed me how to wear it different ways so I can get more use of it. Seriously loved this girl!!! I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my events! This is exactly what I look for when I shop. Thank you Lilly and the remaining kind staff for your outstanding service and fashions tastes. I can’t wait to return !!!

Very eclectic, edgy, and daring ensembles. This place definitely has character with its bold and detailed designs and patterns. This store definitely sets itself apart from other stores on Rodeo. That’s why I like stopping by here. The fashion although very edgy, is still wearable. Customer service is also friendly at this location. As soon as my friend and I entered the store, we are immediately greeted by a salesperson who asks us if we need help finding anything. I usually have no idea what I’m looking for. I just love browsing the entire store. I ended being infatuated with this beautiful leather jacket they had. Fit me like a glove. The sales person was so great in helping me pick out matching accessories to go with it. In the end I purchased the jacket and these beautiful metallic pumps! I always feel great wearing their stuff just because I know they are so unique and no other stores sell merchandise like them.

The seating in this store is something worth trying out while in Beverly Hills. From the couch to the 6 back-​to-​back chairs, I’ve never had so much fun waiting for someone to try on clothes in my entire life. The only downside is there is no wifi and the cell service is subpar. I suggest downloading a movie collection before coming here. Maybe go with a trilogy series like Lord of the Rings for you sci-​fi fans or possibly the Bourne Identity for those who are into explosions and Matt Damon. If you are already out and about and have no time to upload a film to your phone, I would suggest a challenging game for your phone like Tiny Wings or an addicting game like Tetris because let’s face it… your ass is going to be here a long time, so you might as well have fun.
