Worst experience at this store. Their clothes are often defective and we tried to take it back and not only did they refuse to take it back they wouldn’t give us credit. On top of it the sales staff was exceptionally rude telling us that we don’t need to be shopping here. Unacceptable attitude.

I’m an avid Lucky Brand loyalist as their jeans are the only ones that fit me properly and Lucky Brand being a Los Angeles based operation offers their Beverly Hills flagship store several benefits.
This store is often the test market for new denim washes that can and often is sold at a steep discount, so anyone looking for the latest and greatest from Lucky Brand should definitely make a visit. This is also one of two stores in Los Angeles that carries the Lucky Brand Legend line and shoes for both men and women.
Customer service here is good and not too pushy. You can expect a level of hard sell upon your visit, but nothing outrageous once you let them know of your intentions. Parking is available in the Beverly Hills area for two hours free in any of the non-​metered lots and the closest one is right up the street underneath the Crate & Barrel.

I don’t even want to go into the detail of the experience that I had at this retail store. It is embarrassing the way the manager treated me and my family. I went to return some a shirt with out a gift receipt. She treated me like a had stolen the shirt in front of my wife and kids. First of all I would have never shopped at this sorry store I received a shirt as a gift. And if course I thought it was terrible so I wanted to exchange or return it. The employees where helpful. If you want to be treated with racism shop at lucky.

I’ve been to many Lucky Brand stores throughout SoCal, this one by far is the best. Is a flagship store so you can expect to find all the latest variety of styles with a large inventory of sizes.

Alhambra, CA
This is Lucky Brand’s new flagship store and is a must see if you are a fan of the company. This store has the entire Lucky Brand collection, from women’s and men’s apparel, to some of the new Lucky home goods, to a Lucky kids section in the back of the store. It is in a great location near the parking structure. Free 2 hour parking validation!
