Love this spot. Good quality, fair prices, good portion size, good people, fast service and always convenient.

Anny’s is the cutest little sandwich shop ever. I always go here to grab lunch(cold tuna with bean sprouts) and Anny always delivers with the freshest ingredients. Highly recommend.

This place seemed really cool, almost like a little hole in the wall. I ordered 2 bobas– 1 smoothie and one tea. They both came out watery with ice and more than half of the drink was all cream. If that want bad enough, the boba itself was old. I love supporting small businesses but this was a very bad experience.

Anny’s is the best little old school café around. No sitting room really except outside and the place is super tiny but the food is QUALITY. Fresh and always comes out super quickly.

Teeny-tiny shop in the corner, slightly hard to find. Very clean, and not too packed during lunch hours. Good food, reasonable prices and exceptional service. Highly recommended

This place is adorable! Love the inside and outside and service and area, all of it. The boba here is really good and so are the other drinks. Love coming by here with friends and family for catching up, it’s a great sit down place for like 2 – 3 people, just something casual and intimate. Would go back for sure.

I just started going to Anny’s because I work right down the street, and I’m so glad I found it(because it is somewhat difficult to see). Bagel breakfast sandwiches for $ 5, the best iced chai I’ve had in LA, and no charge to add avocado to my turkey wraps! This place rocks, and is extremely affordable. The owners are very kind, and the food is super fresh. Definitely give it a shot if you’re in the area!

So four of us wanted smoothies and decided to go local. If you’re not careful you might miss it. It’s very small inside. There are a bunch of snacks, teas, and bottled beverages along the walls. Inside is a very pleasant Asian woman who was more than willing to assist us with our orders. We ordered the Anny’s Favorite, #15& #3. They Anny’s favorite has to be one of the best peanut butter & banana protein smoothies ever. The 15 and the 3 were both good in their own regard but nothing like the sweet & creamy goodness of Anny’s Favorite. The best part of it all is the price. A large smoothie is only $ 4.25! And nothing on the menu is over $ 8. We will definitely be coming back to try more of Anny’s delicious treats!

This place is in a nook but once you find it you won’t be disappointed. It’s very small & quaint but the little asian lady inside is very sweet and accommodating. She didn’t charge extra for adding for mods. My protein shake was so Outrageously good! I got the Anny’s Favorite. It’s like a peanut butter punch in the mouth! Very satisfied!

The«Annie’s Incredible» sandwich is by far one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life! This place is a little hard to find but definitely well worth it! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Very satisfied. :)

Anny’s has the best fresh green juice in town for the best price. At $ 6 in Beverly Hills, that’s hard to beat. The only thing I dislike is that when I asked for a cup of water, the water tasted really bad.

I love Annys. Great price points on everything. Fast service and has a great selection of sandwiches, drinks, juices, and snacks. I work around the area and always pick up morning coffee and food. Best place on the block!!!

Found this place thru Unilocal app. Not bad at all. Great breakfast sandwich for a good price. Got it fast too! She forgot my shake but had no problem when I reminded her… and the Z’s Favorite protein shake is pretty yummy too! Good for a on the go place. No seating inside but nice and cold! 3mini tables outside. Still trying to figure out all the«actors» photos all over the walls though?

UPDATE: I was literally right next door recently and saw they were open, and decided I wanted to try them out for real. It’s a VERY small place(cramped with me and just one other customer) and the cashier(owner?) spoke very little English but was EXTREMELY nice, and very willing to help me achieve whichever smoothie combo I was in the mood for. She allowed me to mix and match, and after changing my mind a few times we decided on the perfect smoothie that was delicious and FRESH. No insane upcharges for swapping banana for strawberry of kale for spinach(come on Whole Foods). I even added boba which was delicious. They also have a slew of sandwiches and other snacks; chips, granola bars etc. I still have a bad taste in my mouth regarding my first visit, but because of how much I enjoyed my snack I will definitely be back.

Don’t judge this place by its size. Anny’s is the small café with delicious sandwiches and great smoothies. They are family run shop and that is why they can compete with many of the other places in Beverly Hills. I have been here couple of times but this is the first time I am writing the review. They truly do a good job in customer service department to make sure keep all customers happy with good service and tasty food. I am not really big fan of ham or croissants sandwiches but I saw the picture of it on Unilocal and willing to give it try. The egg was fresh and the beard wasn’t saggy. The combination was very filling and made me change my mind about egg and ham sandwiches in overall. The only think I don’t like for many of restaurants in Beverly Hills is the parking situation. They have street parking which you might have to go around the block couple of times to find spot to park. They also have outdoor sitting which is occupied most of the time. I have my sandwich to go and the do the best to prepare your meal as fast as possible. Anyway, compare to many other places, the prices were reasonable and service was great. I will definitely visit this location again.

I absolutely love this place! They have the best sandwiches ever. We would walk here almost every day when I owned my salon across the street. All there sandwiches are amazing. I’ve never tried anything that I haven’t liked. From there sandwiches to drinks everything is A+. Sometimes we would just order a croissant with butter and jam. Even though its real small place and it gets busy they never make you wait more than like 5 min.

Coffee isn’t bad, and they had almond milk.

I walk here almost every day during my lunch for their green drink– basically healthy green stuff(hint– ask for lemon too) it is delicious and I feel great drinking it. I also tasted every single boba slush option on the menu, and love the almond, thai tea and watermelon options. The best is the breakfast sandwich on a croissant with egg, tomato, lettuce and avocado. IF you are in a hurry, call ahead and pick it up later because it can get busy during lunch but that’s a great sign– it means I’m not the only one obsessed with them :)

Very small shop with maybe 2 barstools to sit on. They do keep the interior very cool though so thumbs up for that. I got the Wild Berry Protein Smoothie(#5) as this was recommended by the employee as their most popular smoothie. Consistency was thick, tasty and sweet. The protein used is whey and ranges from 35−40g of protein. Not bad! The iced coffee is mediocre however so I’d skip on that.
