Starbucks

Every time I come here something bad happens…
1) always the dirtiest Starbucks I have been to– once the trash was overflowing so much it was all over the counter and on the floor of that area
2) I’ll order some food and ask for it to be warmed up and 15 minutes later ask if it’s ready to find out that they actually ran out of that sandwich, croissant, or whatever.
3) I pay and leave the cashier to be rudely dragged over again because somehow my payment didn’t go through and they realized only after I left and started helping someone else so I get rude comments and attitude from other people waiting for «cutting» the line.
4) I’ll order a drink (one that is «special» and costs more than the average frap or whatever) to later be told they either don’t have the syrup, topping, or some part of what makes the drink so «exciting» and «special» and when I choose a different drink they never offer to give me the difference in price back or upgrade the size of the drink (idk if this is Starbucks policy, but I used to work at another chain and we would upgrade the size and definitely pay back the difference if the original order could not be fulfilled…)
Basically– this place is dirty, with unmotivated/​rude staff, and low on everything
I don’t know if this is a management issue or what, but I hate to complain in store and get innocent employees in trouble. So please, someone, look into what is wrong with this place because these types of things keep happening here.

I just want to take a moment to praise this Starbucks and ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES that work here. It’s not like other places you go to run your errands and hope the one person that sucks isn’t there when you walk in. (you all know exactly what I’m talking about, don’t kid your self haha). The parking lot attendant is awesome as well! Always on par and makes sure everyone crosses and parks safely as people in Beverly Hills are always in a rush to nowhere.
I wanted to praise all these guys n gals here for being so loving and open to my little Husky puppy, Maverick! Thank you guys for always being so welcoming and treating us with such care and awesomeness! You make our morning routine enjoyable!

I’ve been to all of the Starbucks around this part of the city and THIS location is my absolute FAVORITE! They remember me in here even after I’ve been gone for months. Customer service really does matter and I do love my Starbucks on Olympic! Happy Holidays guys!

Sat for 10 mins, finally asked the guy where my coffee was, he said and I quote «oops, I forgot it »

I have lived up the street from this Starbucks for 20 years and could not be any more pleased with all the workers. Everyone is so friendly and hard working. They always know how to make my drink taste just right!

Didn’t even get to go into this Starbucks because the parking lot attendant was too busy flirting with some girl instead of doing his job, and every customer I came across in the parking lot was a complete jerk. So I just left and went to another Starbucks. So is the LA way.

I love the staff here! They see me in line and have my order ready before I get up to the register to pay. Makes my morning!

It’s a Starbucks… However, one of the slowest of them all. Even if there is only a few people in line, it will take a while to get your drink. If it’s busy, you will not get your drink in any less than 15 minutes usually. It’s clean though and staff is friendly, just takes an awfully long time for some reason. I used to work at Starbucks when I was younger, so truly is kind of bizarre why it takes so long. Anyways, definitely will still get your caffeine fix here enough matter way.

This Starbucks has a parking lot. It is on the corner of Doheny and Olympic. Parking lot on Doheny.
Location is great and convenient. Service is awesome and friendly. Music isn’t bad and is a good volume. Very clean. Wifi is free and easy to access.
Mostly high tables. A couple low ones including a bigger round one in the middle. Tables have blinds to keep out sun which is good cause it gets sunny.
I got the straw cookie. Well, two actually but it was buy one get one free for a limited time. It was so good. It has chocolate in the middle. They had some cool looking desserts including a cookie that had the Starbucks design and a s’more cookie! I didn’t get them but they were cool to look at from a foodie perspective. Mint tea was minty and really delicious.

Worst baristas during evening shifts. Trying to get triple espresso with 2″ of soy, she’s trying to be smart ass, and says «I know the tricks, it’s a triple latte»

This Starbucks has excellent service and very inviting people. I ordered a Coffee Frappucino with an add-​shot and one pump of Sugar-​Free Hazelnut, no whip. It was great and everyone in there knew my name and the location is full of familiar locals who provide great conversation in the event of post-​nostalgic boredom-​after-​work.

What a motley crew working today. One girl has a white dress shirt on that is wrinkled and filthy and her pantyhose has rips up and down them and her skirt is stained with food and items that they do not even serve here. The kid who made my drink had dirt under his nails and barked at an old lady who was making a special request with her drink while he was making it. There is very little joy being served at this place.

I live within walking distance of this Starbucks and I love it. Always fast, always efficient, always polite.
Sometimes it gets a little crowded, but the line move pretty quickly.
Some Starbucks are a little cold for me, but this one is just right.

Ok it’s been years since I’ve lived here and I’ve been to this Starbucks a million times. I don’t have to utilize the cramped parking lot and even if I did, there is parking on the street that’s easily accessible.
I like the staff that’s been there for a while now. They are nice, quick, and personable. I go here multiple times per week for a sweet splurge or two!

Beware: there is a 30 minute parking limit in the lot.
I had to keep track on my phone because there is a parking attendant standing out there. A 30 minute limit isn’t so bad if you’re just going in to grab a drink, but if you’re like me, you’re the one that brings your laptop and wants to hang out for a bit. Can’t really do that here without constantly having to stare at the time. I’ll go find another sbux down the street or something.
