I like this place for lunch so much I thought I would try breakfast. I arrive at 8:30 an it was empty. I was the only one to order cooked food. I ordered a breakfast sandwich. I waited 15 minutes then got up to ask what was going on. Excuses. It’s 9:55 and it just arrived at my table. Not good.

I guess if you think this is actually food then may be you might like it. I’ve had 2 week old pizza and wings that tasted better and more, you know, food like…

Got the three salad special and they even made a portion of plane grilled chicken as my 3rd side since I only wanted 2 of the salads out. The gentlemen working at the cash register was so nice! I was taking a long time deciding between the chai latte and the green tea latte. He was super patient and even allowed me to sample the chai before I decided. There was also a free two hour public parking structure across the street, really couldn’t ask for more!

In three words– This Place Sucks. I’ve been here many many times as well as the century city location. I mean the food is so/so. But when they give you inedible food and say. Well that’s how it comes, what happened to customer service. Never going back Too many great other places that aim to please.

A lovely, quaint café with great food. The spinach and feta quiche was amazing! The prices are very reasonable as well.

A week ago me and a bunch of friends went there to have lunch. Four of us decided to have the Tuna melt sandwich, which I really liked before, but when they brought it out, it was pretty disappointing. The bread was smaller, and different kind, and was very lightly toasted, not like the previous version, which was on ciabatta, and well toasted. The portion of tuna on the sandwich was also reduced. It would be nice of them to denote a change in their menu, before surprising the customer.

Found a 1″ metal rod in my salad. It made it in my mouth. Thank god I didn’t swallow it. The manager didn’t seem concerned. I’m traumatized and very disappointed in how it was handled. Sad I didn’t snap a photo.

It’s in a nice little area, and you can find two hour free parking at the Beverly Hills library close by. The tuna sandwich was tasty, the only problem I had with it was there was too much cheese, so you may want to ask them to only put 1 slice if you are getting a tuna melt. The service was also great, I reckoned tying it.

I’ve been going to this place for years, since I work a block away from it. I’ve always liked that the food is always fresh and there are some salads, or sweets, that you can only get there. Many of the things I like are only seasonally available(like their butter bean salad with bacon, veggie-me sandwich, strawberry cupcake, and chocolate-cherry-fudge cookies). Yes, it’s expensive, but it’s Beverly Hills and even the food trucks are expensive, so I just accept it. But I like when«high price» translates to «very good», and Clementines is just that. No, there are no huge portions there, but that works well for me, since I have to go back to work(or else I’d fall asleep– ha ha). Oh, and yes, it can be insanely crowded around noon, which is why I usually go around 11am.

Since I am 100% in love with the Century City location, I decided to give this one a try. I’m sad to say that it’s not as great as the original, but it’ll do. First of all, it’s super hard to find! If you google maps the location, you’ll end up confused. It’s located inside of the playboy building, not on the strip of shops right off civic center. I came during peak lunch hour on a week day, so you can bet your bottom that it was crammed. So many different lines for so many things, I didn’t know if I was standing in the right one, and it was a little frustrating. Eventually, we figured it out, but it’s such a tiny shop they definitely should/could make it more clear where to stand. The selection of goodies/snacks are better here than they are at the CC location. Lots of artisan chips, bars, and drinks! I loved that they carried so many different kombuchas – the better booch morning glory was delicious! Wish the other location would carry more than just bottled sodas(you know, for us health-conscious folk). The food was good, and consistent, but it took longer than I was hoping for and because of the rush, they had run out of one of the salads I ordered. No worries though! One thing that was different between the locations is that I noticed the BH clementine uses less mayo in their tuna salad. I actually much prefer it this way as opposed to the CC’s tuna salad that is almost white with mayo. Because of the size and crowdedness of this location, and how close it is to the original, I’ll probably keep going to the CC clementine. But, I’m glad that I can enjoy my favorite meal in BH if I am ever so inclined!

Food and staff are amazing here. I love that they are one of the few places in the neighborhood that has a variety of milk for coffee drinks(I love chai with coconut milk, it’s delicious.) The only drawback is that its way too crowded over lunch hour. But if you have time and don’t mind the wait, the sandwiches and salads are definitely worth it.

Cute café in Beverly Hills. Prefer this one over their other location across Century City Mall. Too crowded and parking is tight. They have really good salads. Healthy choices too. Got the 3 combo meal so I could try a bit of everything. My fav was their quinoa salad which came with toasted hazel nuts, raisins and vinaigrette. So refreshing and filling. The large size was just enough for me. They also serve intelligentsia coffee here for you coffee lovers. Prices are about $ 4-$ 5 a cup. They also have an amazing bakery area you have to checkout!

Much better than the Century city location as it is less crowded. The service is impeccable with the sweetest workers. Great service! Favorite sandwich by far is the Turkey Caliente. The best chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had and their seasonal strawberry cupcake is AMAZEBALLS! I drool just thinking about it. I’ll be back soon Turkey Caliente. XOXO

This place reminds me of Lemonade. Their food is good and healthier than other places. For breakfast, I recommend the eggs benedict — amazing! Their poached eggs are also really good. For lunch I normally get their salad combo where you get to choose three salads. My recent favorites has been the Thai Chicken Salad and the Quinoa Beets Salad. Their chocolate chip cookie is also delicious! I have yet to try something here that I didn’t like actually. Definitely recommend.

In the spirit of making the world a better place, I’ll start with the qualities of Clementine that I liked: friendly staff, clean environment and fresh food. All of these things would lead me to normally ink out a 4 – 5 star review, and yet, dear readers, there’s a rub. Having worked in Beverly Hills for the better part of a decade, I’m well aware that things cost more here than in just about every part of SoCal. So believe me, friends, when I say that I know that the cost-value ROI in town is not very good… Yet, the price to portion size ratio of Clementine’s Thai Beef Salad has just taken me on an ignominious carpet ride. $ 13.95 for 6 oz. of greens, a handful of peanuts, a few carrots and 3 oz. of seared flank steak? It was tasty no doubt, but come on, mang… I’m not even that big of an eater but I found myself getting equal parts distressed and angry when the woefully inadequately sized salad was delivered to the table.(Un)luckily, my buddy paid for the meal, so I couldn’t really go running my mouth off, but then again, it’s not like it’s the staff’s fault for management’s niggardly stance on portion sizing. I would totally get it if this was an $ 7.95 «grab and go» kind of salad deal. This price and size of the salad would make sense. Conversely, I’d be amenable to ordering something like this at a sit-down restaurant and paying the $ 19 for a double portion of what I got. Unfortunately, this was none of these things, and as much as I liked the environment, the friendly staff and the quality of the food, even in high rent Beverly Hills, I really feel like there was a lack of value to the meal.

Someone kindly brought this in for lunch for us. Ordered a 3 salad combo with: *Whole Wheat Fusilli(with charred baby broccoli, lemon zest and crispy garlic): Other review mentioned that it may be too al dente but it wasn’t at all! But I really dislike mushy pasta. Overall, it was really light so, the tuna salad overpowered it a little. *Tuna Salad(with red onion, pickles, and roasted tomato mayonnaise): DELICIOUS! I’m a fan of tuna so I may already be biased. However, I’m not a fan of mayo and this wasn’t too mayo-y tasting at all! Yum. Heaping portions too! *Curry-Roasted Cauliflower: Subtle-y curry flavored with great texture. However, it’s also grilled cheese month(April 2014)! My coworker’s grilled cheese looked AMAZING — Anastasia’s Dream(Local burrata, crispy pancetta, oven-roasted tomatoes and an olive oil fried egg on grilled country bread). Quick link to the menu: Cookies were just a-okay.

This review is long overdue, and they deserve that 5-star rating! Love having this little gem of a café within waking distance of work!!! The food is *always* fresh, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Some of my favorites include: the Rare Roast Beef sandwich; the Turkey Caliente sandwich; and when they have it, the Beluga lentils & beets are the best side/deli item; the Soba Noodles with Chicken are a close second. And I haven’t even gotten to the pastries! Though all the cookies are great, my seasonal favorite is the butter brickle. Cupcakes/brownies/bars are never too sweet or too heavy. I honestly have not had anything here that wasn’t fantastic; for coffee, lunch, or an afternoon treat, you just can’t go wrong.(Fact: it’s happened on more than several occasions when I will be in here twice a day =D) *sometimes service slows in the later afternoons, to be expected *the egg salad might be a little onion-y for some tastes *the Caprese Invernale sandwich, while delicious with the mozzarella, is amazing substituted with the avocado! *Worth the splurge: the Deviled Eggs at $ 1.25 a pop. This is coming from a girl who is always looking for a bargain. These are soooo good. SOGOOD. And there are always little samples throughout the day– sometimes a chunk of brownie; other times a little cup of one of their delicious smoothies =), so look out for those! Also, ambiance is very comfortable and inviting — there is a nice patio outside or booths and tables inside. I have to resist the urge to just sit there and not head back to work after eating lunch ;).
