Extremely unprofessional service. I cannot say enough as to how the baristas were staring, laughing, and not providing service. I had to walk out and go somewhere else.

This is an awkward review bc I’m not a coffee drinker and I’ve only been here before-hours for private events. That being said the staff is always a delight regardless of the ungodly hour, the venue is always clean, inviting, and there’s always fresh flowers on the tables. Their pastries are delish and yes, I’m a carb-aholic so I might be biased but try the chocolate croissant and I’m sure you’ll agree.

Beautiful location. I come here to get capsules for my machine and it is always a pleasure. The staff is very helpful and nice. It is also a great place to meet friends and people watch. Their food is tasty and they have so many delicious coffees. Warning if you are planing to come during the weekend it can be hectic and waiting for a table can be sometimes a hour long same goes to purchasing capsules in the back if you are not sure what you want and want to sample. I stick to weekdays personally.

I still don’t quite understand the concept of this place. But it was definitely good I got the ice cream caramel café. Delicious in different for me. The atmosphere was very clean and elegant. This place gets five stars for me!

Ok so like I had no idea what this place was until like a week ago. My friend needed to buy more of the coffee pod things for her mom so I tagged along. The line for the actual pod things is a little tedious. Kinda reminds me of the airport. Like the workers are always very nice, but the people around you are always so angry and in a hurry. So not a fault of the establishment. But anyway, that’s nice and all buT LETMETELLYOUABOUTTHEESPRESSOMILKSHAKE. YOOOO. It’s literally the best milkshake I’ve ever and will ever had. Amazing coffee flavor. Perfect, smooth consistently. Like coffee velvet. Only downside? $ 8 and I’m a broke college student(°°).:. MUSTHAVEATLEASTONCETHO. EVENIFITMEANSNOGROCERIESFORTWOWEEKS.

We stop by this location every so often to fill up on Nespresso pods because it’s more fun than buying them online! The shop is spacious, trendy, and really cool to look at. The first time we came in, we had the brunch special. It was a bit pricey and food was just okay. As other reviews have noted, they try really hard to provide a high end boutique experience. The machines and coffee made by Nespresso are great. We still come here for the pods, and it’s fun to browse around. I probably wouldn’t eat here again though.

Cuuute interior! I own a Delonghi Lattissima and I have ordered capsules online. Came to boutique for a quick coffee and I really liked the interior. Their walls are decorated with tons of coffee capsules and there’s sitting area for customers as well. We ordered a latte and it was… okay. Not the best coffee in the town. I honestly think it could have been better.(–1 star) Great ambience though!

One of the best coffee houses in Los Angeles. We Stopped by to buy coffee pods for my Nespresso Machine and end up sitting down at their large & Fancy customer waiting area to have complimentary coffee on the house. The staff is polite and knowledgeable about their Line of work and offer great service as well.

Every time I’m in the area I would always tell myself one day I’ll go inside and see what the hype is about and why it’s usually crowded. They really did design the place like a Apple Store for nespresso products. It’s very spacious and does attract people but I wasn’t blown away by any amazing customer service skills nor amazing drinks to want to come back. Today around 10 am I walk in and it’s fairly empty and I was totally lost on what to do. I saw a stand set up at the front with menus where a hostess would normally stand but no one was there. There was one woman working behind the bar making coffees. I wasn’t sure if I had to wait at the stand or just walk up to the bar. I ended up just walking up to her and I just stood there clueless till I finally was like«soooooo what’s there to eat here?» Then the lady brought me a menu and showed me the selections. Damn this place is expensive. I mean I’m not surprised or anything but since I would probably only go there once I decided on the honey cinnamon latte and a veggie quiche/w side salad. I sat down and waited. and waited.and waited. It felt like forever. That was one aspect I didn’t care for. They weren’t even busy in the morning to be so slow. My latte was average. I wouldn’t have known it was a honey latte since the honey just sank to the bottom of the cup and didn’t taste it till I was sippin’ my last few drops. The quiche was actually pretty good. I did enjoy that part of the breakfast and I’m glad I did because I would’ve been so upset if I paid 20 dollars for a small quiche and a latte.

This place is really horrible! Obviously just for tourists, because living here in LA I would NEVERCOMEBACK again. EVER! Latte, which was $ 7, is horrible, I couldn’t even finish half of it. Desert for $ 9 tastes like two weeks old. Come on guys! For this place and location you’re supposed to deliver way better food and drinks.

I LOVE Nespresso coffee! I have a machine at home. I LOVE the San Francisco Nespresso Café. That whole place is calm and relaxing to enjoy a cup of coffee; the staff at the SF location are super nice and efficient. So… I finally visit the Beverly Hills location. HUGE disappointment! The coffee is still wonderful BUT… Service was pretty bad… There are so many people working there and we were totally ignored. Workers so snooty, they don’t even want to make eye contact. Then when you get someone’s attention, they work at a snail’s pace. You’d think working in a coffee place would cause the workers to be amped up on caffeine! It’s really pathetic. I guess I didn’t look like I’d give them a good tip because I didn’t roll up front in a big Mercedes and wear my Pradas. The ambience is not that nice either. It was pretty packed in there for a Sunday afternoon and the tables are close together so it’s a bit noisy as opposed to having a relaxing space to enjoy coffee and conversation. The only reason I give 2 stars is because I really love Nespresso and their coffee is so good. The guy in the retail shop was nice too. The next time I need coffee capsules, I’ll come here for that and go home to enjoy!

Nespresso… Nepresso… It was more than a month ago when I came here. Everytime I drove by Beverly Hills area, this always caught my attention. This place has the modern-classy and sophisticated ambience. There’s an attendant that seats you down to your table. Good location, as you could walk around to shops while waiting for a text that says your table is ready. As we were seated down, I noticed how pleasant the Nespresso Cafè staff are. However, they were really slow when we were there. We were missing drinks and kept following them up with the staff, which took them awhile to bring. I wasn’t sure if it was the server or the barista, nevertheless, it was not the best service. I ordered a hazelnut macchiato in a chocolate covered wafer. Espresso was pretty intense but good. The cafè lattè doesn’t have the thickest froth but still creamy. All their drinks comes with some little cute chocolate bars. We also ordered their delicious cakes. I got the hazelnut cake and tiramisu, both of them are delicious. They might say it’s a $ sign in Unilocal, which is I believe is inaccurate. Their little cute cakes are the most pricey cakes I’ve ever eaten. A small cake could be priced from $ 8-$ 12; which I think is unworthy. The price of their coffee is just right. Expect to spend $ 20 for an afternoon coffee with a small piece of cake. Parking could be challenging on the street. However, there’s a parking structure almost across the cafè. I would give this place another chance by having a lunch. I would like to experience a full dining experience and hopefully change this review.

First experience here was ok; I had stopped in late afternoon to a rather crowded space(both the front café and the back shopping area) just to see what they had to offer. I do have to say the hostess was great; I was browsing the menu and other people came in behind me. She asked me if I was going to stay before seating them, for there was only one table available and she didn’t want to give it away. I found this to be very thoughtful of her and that alone would make me want to return at another time. Ended up getting a vanilla latte at the bar to go and this was one of the strongest drinks I’ve had. Since I’m so used to the fluff of Coffee Bean and Starbucks, this was REAL coffee and it hit me hard. I was amped up for hours. Returning another time, I decided to go with their cocoa and the baguette with jam, butter and Nutella. I cringed at paying $ 7 for bread but in my mood it beat out the cookie plate, and they made it worth the money. The service this time by Brittney was excellent; she was informative but not overly chatty which is just my speed. She also made sure I received their awesome chocolate squares(this was overlooked my first visit). It appears that no matter what time you go, it will always be crowded. But if you have the spare time, it is worth a try. The outside patio was nice, and there is a high communal table among the other seating arrangements.

Nice elegant, but overpriced space to grab a coffee and a light bite. You can’t just walk in and get your drink and sit anywhere… you gotta wait for the hostess to get you seated… even if it’s at the coffee bar. You can choose your drink category(light, medium, strong) and I went with medium for my latte and it was perfect. Also got the almond cake and though the waitress assured me it would be served warm. it arrived completely cold. #Notimpressed Didn’t bother sending it back as unlike other quick serve cafes, here service is quite slow, as they are trying to give the customer a boutique experience. We paid approximately $ 18 with tip and taxes for a latte + slide of cake.

Even though I have a Nespresso machine at home that is put to work every morning, I never knew they had a Nespresso Bar in Beverly Hills. Literally stumbled upon this place and was glad I did. They have a menu that includes practically every single coffee or latte you can imagine. I ordered an espresso shot over vanilla ice cream and chocolate shaves. WOW! That was good. Great modern ambiance. cool vibes. service was attentive and professional. Can’t wait to go back!

I’ll admit this place is terribly overpriced for coffee. but I get it. The ambience and interiors are nice and they’re trying to brand their product. I thought I’d stop in once since I was working in the area, I would probably never go again because the coffee was ridiculously expensive. My friend and I stopped in during our break and I ordered the iced honey latte(with almond milk) — it was pretty delicious but $ 7! I of course finished the whole damn thing because it almost cost as much as a lunch. I am definitely a fan of the Nespresso machine, probably would not be able to afford to come back to the bar for my daily dose!

Great place. Food limited. Great ambience. But too many servers who are from somewhere else and don’t act quick. Take too long to come with orders and leave others table dirty forget . Come on girls, clean up

I needed a coffee break between shopping stops on Beverly Dr. The service has improved since the first time I was here. We were greeted by the hostess and seated right away. Our server was very nice, but the service was a little slow. I ordered an Iced Caramel Latte, which I enjoyed. With caramel stripes along the glass, it actually wasn’t as sweet as it looked. Not only do they ask for your milk preference, I also like that they also ask for you like your coffee light, medium, or dark roast. Bottom line: 3 stars for service + 4 stars for coffee = 3.5 stars average

Food: 4⁄5 Service: 4⁄5 Cleanliness: 4⁄5 Price: $$ Located in the heart of Beverly Hills, we stopped at the café for a cup of afternoon coffee after lunch. Around 3pm, we visited the café and it was about half full of customers. Some were buying Nespresso capsules and some were enjoying their coffee. When we arrived, we were seated immediately by the hostess and given menus. The boutique was very clean, chic, and very beautiful! If I owned a café, I’d definitely design it like this. If you call in advance, you are able to reserve a good seat for you and your crew. This is available I believe in most Nespresso boutiques, as I’ve seen reserved seats in Toronto and Montréal as well. For some reason, I thought that the menu offered at Nespresso Boutiques would be same across them, but here in Los Angeles, I was given a different indulgence drinks menu! Though the regular coffee menu is the same,(that is, all the capsules are available as always) the indulgence drinks selection such as the types of lattes, macchiatos, etc. were different from Canada’s selection. To my surprise, I couldn’t find the hazelnut drink that I usually get! Hubby always gets espresso, usually double espresso at Nespresso. I opted to try their honey cinnamon latte for the first time. Also, we also ordered a lemon meringue dessert to share. My latte overall was quite, if not, too sweet. For my taste, there was too much honey and it didn’t mix well with the drink even when I tried with my spoon. You couldn’t really taste any coffee in the drink at all; it really is an «indulgent» drink! I still enjoyed my drink nonetheless because I have quite a sugar tooth, but if you don’t like sugar as much as I do, ask your server for less honey. We ordered the lemon meringue dessert to share between the two of us and it ended up being just enough for us. Since my latte was so sweet, I actually didn’t eat too much of it(surprise!) but the dessert was still very delicious. As far as I know, Nespresso always has different desserts from time to time, so ask your server what their daily choices are. Overall, our coffee date at Nespresso Boutique was pleasant and we were able to have a romantic date. :) We had great service by everyone who served us, and our coffees were for the most part, delicious. I would order the honey cinnamon latte again, but with less honey next time. If you’re in the area and want to take a break from shopping, or want to try Nespresso coffee before you buy your expensive coffee machine, visit Nespresso Boutique — it is definitely a luxury coffee experience!

Fantastic experience dealing with Cristian & Jeffery! I came in having done a fair bit of research online. The nespresso website doesn’t do the best job of laying out the differences between the original & vertuoline so I felt like I needed to come into the store & speak with someone. The café portion of the store is in front of the retail half of the store so i let the hostess know that I needed help buying a new machine & she lead me to Jeffery. I let Jeffery know that i had a ton of questions & to send me to whichever sales person was ok to handle that. Jeffery was happy to help me himself but assured me that I would be in good hands with Cristian. About 100 questions &10 espresso tastings later, I finally chose my machine & capsule flavors. Cristian was great about answering all my questions & assuring me i could try as many capsules as i wanted. He was really a great salesperson & did it all with a big smile on his face. The checkout process lead me back to Jeffery who gave me 2 tickets for a free coffee from the café side! Needless to say after checking out, we sat down for a couple coffees & a dessert. Both drinks were great & made me even more impressed with the machines & their capabilities. I had a great experience at this Nespresso store & will definitely be back to the café when I’m in the area!
