When I walked in I was greeted by the male helper told him the 2 items I had been looking for. They did not have the eye shadow I needed then I asked about colored mascara, he didn’t recall seeing anything so he asked another MAC employee she basically told me that «colored mascara» is NOT fashionable they haven’t had anything like that in a longtime and walked away giggling.
OK, thank you for laughing at something that was actually worn on the 2015 Fall Runway Shows!
It’s one thing if you don’t have the item but to laugh at us that was so inappropriate.

I’ve been coming to this MAC for a new months now. I came in looking for a new foundation when Sarah offered to help and noticed that the reason I couldn’t find perfect coverage was because of my skin. Over time she’s worked with improving my complexion, starting with the proper care such as face wash and moisturizer. Sarah has completely transformed my skin and has held my hand through learning the steps of make up.
She has never pressured me to buy what I didn’t need and made sure that I knew how to use my products before I bought them and even made sure to give me samples to try whatever I wanted to buy to make sure it was just right on my skin.
Sarah has been a godsend and I am so happy I walked into this MAC when I did :)

THERE IS NO WHERE ELSE I WOULD GO TO GET MY MAKEUP DONE! Everyone at this store is so helpful and welcoming. There is such an amazing energy the moment you walk in! I have gotten my makeup done here twice by Melina and it has been nothing but perfect both times! she knows exactly what works best with my face and does an amazing job. She is the sweetest and makes me feel so comfortable and confident since I usually get a little nervous getting makeup done in general. Love everything about this location!

Had my makeup done for the first time ever here at North Beverly. Such an amazing experience. My makeup artist, Melina, was extremely patient, kind, gentle, and skilled. She understood exactly what I wanted and is obviously knowledgable about makeup, as well as customer service. I never really wore makeup before that day and I was nervous it wouldn’t turn out to be exactly what I’d hoped for. Melina is amazing. She managed to make great conversation while not wasting time talking. She asks you about your skin type, preferences, and makes sure everything is taken into consideration. She’ll leave you a happy customer. The entire staff I met while at this location was very attentive and kind. I truly do suggest booking an appointment.

My make up lesson with Melina was such an awesome experience! She took her time with getting to know me and my style and what would look good on me, the end result was me loving what she did! I walked away very happy and more knowledgeable about how to apply make up on myself as I was stuck in a make up routine that didn’t do much for me. Melina is very talented in what she does and I’m so happy to have found her!

LOVE THIS LOCATION! They are warm, friendly and professional! I love getting my make up done here because they are true perfectionists. I was at the store yesterday and Rihanna just so happened to be there too. The store was flooded with people trying to catch a glimpse of this beauty and the girls at the store really held down the fort! I wouldnt go to any other location!

The best Mac store to get your make up done. Wonderful staff members with free two hour parking garage two stores down. I have had my make up done at several other Mac stores and no other store even comes close to competing with this one. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Sara (I believe her name was). I do apologize for not remembering. I got my make up done a month ago for my graduation pictures at Ucla. She did an amazing job! I love how my make up came out and my graduation pictures. I loved it so much I practically purchased every item of make up she used lol. She was kind and sweet. Not to mention receiving a free mascara for getting my make up done. I highly recommend her.

OMG! My new favorite MAC store! This location is located right in the heart of Beverly Hills and is right next to the FREE Parking garage. The moment I walked in, I felt welcome. I was in and out with my purchase and the level of customer service was perfection. I really can’t say much more besides this is my new go to MAC store!

Needed my makeup done quickly as I was in a rush, Mac girl Melina helped me. She was amazing, not only did she do it in a quick time frame but My makeup looked flawless. Was a very happy customer and loved my look and even learned a few tricks, I highly recommend!

Went in for an appointment with Melina to get my makeup done, it came out perfect, she took the time to show me the different ways of applying each item and the specific brushes that I would need to do it. 5 stars all the way! Definitely will go back to get my makeup done by her again! Awesome job!
