This is by far the most awful doctor experience I have ever had (and that is saying something)! I visited this eye doctor for serious dry eye from facial nerve damage due to a surgery (fun times). At first, the scheduler was friendly and cordial. I asked her if this doctor was experienced with my condition and she said yes. Also, I specifically asked if the doctor was in my network. She said yes. I even asked again when at the office and handing over my insurance cards (I have primary and secondary). She proceeds to tell me she can only take one (really?). This woman took 50.00 for a 35.00 copay and did not refund the money. FIrst she told me they (herself since no one else intervened) were checking into it. I called three times and finally got a bill… guess what… the doctor was not in network and then I came to find out a 250.00 visit they charge for people without insurance was 300.00 for me (with a PPO premium plan). Can we say scam… BTW: The doctor mentioned seeing an associate that deals with cases like mine so, let me add, lying, scammed, and fraudulent on top of all that. She also told me that I did not meet my deductible and that is why my insurance charged me the full amount. No, they pay 75% IN NETWORK but she was correct… FOR OUT OF NETWORK patients. This place is really awful and I urge everyone to stay away. Medical care is not supposed to be about chasing bills that should not have been incurred in the first place! I did give this woman a chance to apologize and make it right but she chose to forge on. Apparently, lying and cheating patients is just in a days work. You have been forewarned!

my mom cant get enough of this place. The Dr is a PRO! and very knowledgeable.
