Riceberg Edward L MD

One of the greatest doctors I know and I come from a family of doctors. He saved my wife’s life. I don’t know if I should process but he has made a house call. He really cares about his patients. My whole family goes to him.

Dr. Riceberg is definitely «Old School» and I mean that in in GOOD way. I grew up surrounded by Dr’s and have seen first hand the decline in personalized care over the years and find it quite sad. It seems the HMO’s and subsequent shenanigans going on at insurance companies has resulted in Factory/​Conveyor Belt style Medicine and care.
Thank God for people like Dr. Riceberg and his Nurse Liz who are still around to take the time to truly Listen, respond back regarding the information given, provide Positive Feedback on my progress, Encourage me… and quite frankly GENUINELY CARE.
Dr. Riceberg even phoned me on a weekend just to share how happy he was when he got my Lab results back. Who does that anymore?
Always with a smile on his face, warm, professional, extremely knowledgeable, I am MORE than pleased to have him as my GP. And I would certainly trust him not only with his treatment of my health, but also any referrals he might suggest. There’s something to be said for a Doctor who has been practicing all this time and hasn’t let the irritating bureaucratic BS of the Insurance Companies take him or his positive, personable demeanour down.

Evil front desk lifer who didn’t call me about lab fees and reported me to the credit bureaus. Mind you I have a million dollar mortgage etc. She’s a mean old white lady and Dr Riceberg sides with her. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED.

There are not many doctors left like Edward Riceberg. I actually believe he would make a house call if you needed him too. Besides that, he is kind, caring, compassionate and very competent. He recently helped me through the worst medical experience I ever had in my life. I had an orthopedic surgeon who replaced my knee and refused to believe I had a complication because of his ego. I had been suffering for over a month and was going down hill fast.
I was so sick that I called Dr Riceberg who immediately saw me. I told him my horror story and he was in shock at how the knee surgeon treated me. He told me to never go back there and never let him touch me again.
Dr. Riceberg felt my knee implant could be infected and had Liz draw blood. He was so concerned for me that he actually had me wait with him at his desk while Liz, who is his wonderful nurse, ran the blood work down the hall to get results. He then gave me 3 knee surgeons to see. I tried getting an appointment with the best one and was told it would be a month before I could get in. He then made a call and got me in the same day.
When I visited the new knee surgeon, he said I needed surgery and scheduled me for the net week. Today, i am 4 days out of surgery and feel glad to be alive again! Thanks to Dr. Riceberg!
He has also helped me with a heart condition and all other things since I first used him. He is fun to be around and really cares. He should be your choice for a first line of defense for your health!

Dr. Riceberg has been my primary Doctor for along time,(I think 20yrs) Dr Riceberg and his head nurse Liz have helped me thru many things over the years, but this year as usual they both have gone above and beyond with helping me! With Liz having me come in right away when I have a problem and then calming me down when I’m there! Dr. Riceberg is in a good way old school as in sitting down and really talking to me and like today calling me to check up on me! Thank you Doctor Riceberg and Liz!!!
