Subway

It’s a known fact that Subway is terrible. How can a fast food chain that bakes hundreds of loaves of bread each day still serve stale bread? We (society as a whole) only frequent Subway because it is cheap, efficient, and offers multiple options.
Having said all of the above, this particular Subway franchise does a really great job. For starters the restaurant is always clean. Whoever runs this place ensures that the store is well taken care of. The food is your basic Subway fare. Nothing to really brag about. You know what to expect when you walk into a Subway.
The category this Subway really makes its mark in is the service. Everyone who works here does a really great job. This store is consistently very busy and has long lines, but the employees churn through the customers like a hot knife through butter. Since its Subway I should say a hot knife through a fresh roll. Even though this store is so busy the folks behind the counter never seem flustered and are always friendly.
This Subway puts other Subway franchises to shame, and I’m happy it’s my local store.

It’s hard to believe that no one has written a review for this Subway in so long. It’s nice to see that one can get a cheap meal in BH!!! Who says a franchise can’t thrive here, especially if your service is good, your prices are good and talk about fast and friendly, these people have it down to a tee. Great work keep up the great work!!!1

Just got my usual foot-​long tuna sandwich because I work in the same shopping center. Overall staff is friendly and the store is clean. Just had Sara make me my foot long and I just liked the way she took care of me and the way she put my sandwich together. This subway not a very busy subway so its annoying when you see an employee making your sandwich messy and your the only person in the store.

Great location, except for the asshole who ruins my sandwich every single time. He doesn’t deserve to have a job. Fire him.

Good location. Gets VERY busy during the workday lunch-​rush though, as its the cheapest option in Beverly Hills. However, the line goes pretty fast even when it gets long.

normally i will give high regards to this location but at this particular date and time i was completely disgusted with what i saw and was treated. new employee wiping his nose with his forearm then said «what do you want?» i asked another guy that i wanted foot long but he brought me 6 inch. i told the guy excuse me but i said a foot long. guy just turned around with a rude face, stared me down and gave a smirk. he went back to switch the 6 inch with the foot long and slammed it on the table. after that i just said you know what i don’t want your service and just walked out. i was treated with disrespect and completely horrified with how the customer service was this day. 4÷25÷2013.

Tiny little spot that always seems empty when I pass it, but I am sure they have a great lunch boom during weekdays. The young guys who were there when I went were really jovial and pretty awesome… not that I expect Subway employees to be extremely friendly, but surprisingly these guys were. Overall an extremely clean eatery and very nice staff.

Not the best subway in town, but it is a subway. and it is the most affordable restaurant if you work in BH.
The lines are usually long and the service is mediocre. They do not give you a lot of meat, but hey. it hits the spot for a quick and cheap lunch.

Try to avoid noon rush… go before 12:30 pm or after 1:15pm

I love subway, so this review might be a little biased. I come here whenever I need a quick lunch at work. The location is great and the workers actually smile (probably because they work/​live in Beverly Hills? :)) Service is quick, the place is clean, and there are seats both inside and outside!
For those who have never had subway before, I recommend the Teriyaki Chicken (make sure you get sweet onion sauce) – it’s super delicious.

By far the BEST Subway i’ve ever been, possibly the location is the reason i mean it is right on wilshire, but becoming a regular considering i work right down the street now i will be visiting this spot quiet often and i totally agree with Aus C.

The crew at this location is one of the best I’ve ever seen. Santos is my favorite. I give them all so much credit for the speed the knock out sandwiches. Don’t even let a line out the door fool you, you won’t wait long.

I do not like the West-​side of Los Angeles and try and avoid it by all means.
Work requires me to be in this area from time to time and being in this area reminds me why I dislike it so much.
The one good thing about being within walking distance of Rodeo Drive is this Subway even though parking can be a nightmare. If you show up after 7pm you can park on Wilshire Blvd for free. If it is before 7pm and you park or stop on Wilshire Blvd you will get a ticket and have you vehicle impounded quicker than you can order a sandwich. The parking meters surrounding this Subway take coins and ATM Cards. I am not the best at math but I do know 75 cents is a lot cheaper than a 75 dollar parking ticket.
It is nice to be in this area and still get a good healthy meal without the 90 210 price.
This Subway is packed sometimes and sometimes it isn’t, either way the line moves quickly & the employees are very helpful.

I work in the area & the other reviews are definitely true. This particular Subway gets pretty busy but the line moves swiftly due to the great staff who are always friendly.
The one con is their soup. I ordered Broccoli Cheese today as the gloomy weather put me in the mood & I gotta say– not good. It was basically watered down broth without any flavor & pieces of hard broccoli thrown in. I tried to doctor it up to no avail & ended up tossing it. I know, Subway makes sandwiches & they do this well. Next time, I should just stick w/​what makes them great.

5 dollar foot-​long baby. In the middle of an area where you’d pay $ 20 for lunch anywhere else. The line goes really fast. You can park free for an hour in the structure. Doo eet.

Fast service, no long lines, vegies are always fresh. Olny place in Beverly hills were u can have a $ 7 meal.

How does a Subway get a 5-​star review?
Location: Who says a cheap chain restaurant can’t survive in an affluent and image-​conscious place like Beverly Hills? Not only has it survived in the land of $ 15 chopped salads, but it seems to have actually thrived.
Value: Every time I frequent Subway, it easily saves me anywhere from $ 5 to $ 15 to an alternative eatery in BH.
Efficiency: This is probably the busiest Subway I’ve ever seen, with lines out the door at its peak. In spite of this, I’ve never had to wait long thanks in large part to the assembly line of employees they have taking orders.
Demeanor: Even at its busiest, the manager is always affable and takes the time to greet you properly. I’ve been to this Subway dozens of times and have never had a problem with any of its employees.
This is why this particular Subway gets 5 stars from me. I almost feel like I owe it to them. Side note: This Subway has been so successful that it virtually caused the neighboring Quiznos to go out of business.
