Sitting here having the Agave Mixto at the bar. The menu says Patron. The bartender poured Sauza. I hardly complain, but this is BS. And to top it off my girlfriend orders a Pretty Woman that’s supposed to have Belvedere and the guy pours Absolut… Right in front of us. We paid the bill but come on Jose G bartender man, that’s effed up dude.

Had breakfast here and was pleasantly surprised with both the service and food. I requested that my meal be made in a specific way of soft french toast and very crispy bacon and it came exactly that way and served quickly and with a smile. I had asked the waiter a few questions about his favorites on the menu and he listed 4 or 5 things in great detail which was impressive. The only odd item was I asked for fresh OJ which was very good and not cheap and he brought me a second one and I was charged for it. That was the only negative but I enjoyed the juice all the same. Very good and will be back.

For 5 star hotel in the Heart of Beverly Hills their service must be much more upgraded. We had horrible waitress who didn’t want to come to our table at all and we should ask other waiters to bring us drinks and food. It was seriously screwed up and drinks were not prepared properly. I love this place but I think they seriously need to make some changes and provide 5 star Beverly Hills service people expect to experience when they come there.

I had lunch here and the food is amazing. The flavors are diverse and interesting, yet well balanced. The plating is beautiful and the service was good.
