I have been using Zerolag for about two years, and all I can say is all other bad reviews of this company are TRUE! They have no support at all, ticket turnaround time is usually at least half a day and they always ignore your emails. Our site goes down very often, usually once in the morning and once in the afternoon during peak time, and if you submit a support ticket, they will wait until your site resume and say«your site has no problem and is working fine», but yea like after 10 hours of wait. They don’t have a cpanel to access anything for our $ 149/month plan so you can only use ftp to access the site but the thing is their ftp server is down most of the time, like 4 out of 10 times you want to do something and again they don’t have any supports. Just now I have been trying for more than an hour to connect to the ftp but no luck. For those who doesn’t care about support or downtime you may consider ZL but I personally would not recommend this provider, and yes even godaddy is better than them so you can imagine how bad they are.

We have been with Zerolag for several years. They have fantastic customer service and always respond to questions in an expedient manner. They keep a close eye on our data and there is very minimal downtime. If there is any down time due to server maintenance we are kept informed. I highly recommend this company.
