though they have remodeled the service is still the same. there are some great workers in there but most seem not to be able to make a large cream only. what bothers me the most and this is at all the dunks in Beverly… when im standing there at the counter… please speak English. I think its very rude and disrespectful to be speaking your native tongue. many times I have ordered a sandwich and 90% of the time the egg is cold in the center and the bagel or English muffin is either over toasted or not toasted at all. keep in mind… im paying to have a nice hot breakfast sandwich. then there are the stale donuts at night when your craving something sweet. are you really going to charge me full price for those? years ago I can remember that after 5 or 6 pm donuts were half price. tired of paying for poor quality. lastly… if you cannot smile when a customer comes in or at least be somewhat friendly… maybe this is not the job for you. I see this all of the time. no matter where you go. You are getting paid to be friendly, pleasant, and to service my need for coffee. just a little fyi. your attitude is what gets you tips. whether it be dunks or a restaurant… a smile and a friendly hello go a lonnnnnnggg way. you would be surprised!

Generally friendly service! Best part is they give my dog a munchkin in the drive thru!

MOTS [More of The Same]. Although not as expensive as Starbucks, Drunkin’ Donuts sells caffeine drinks to the public, many of which are addicted to caffeine. The high cost of the drinks and food items is offset [most, but not all, feel] by the convenience. Flavored seasonal coffees are not well thought-out. Stay away from the pumpkin coffee! The breakfast sandwiches are mechanically and assembly-line prepared from frozen wrapped packets: do you really wish to consume these? Still can’t resist the all chocolate plain donuts and the rolled butternut cake donuts, though. TIP: while it lasts, try the $ 1 [for all sizes] hot coffee promotion at MacDonalds. Just stay away from the calorie/fat laden sandwiches(breakfast and otherwise). One last point about this Dunkin’ Donuts location: why does it allow a «tip» cup at its drive-through window? This practice is annoying and too-widespread. Why should the servers be tipped for doing their counter or window jobs; after all, they are not waiting on tables.
