Whenever I have any computer or tech needs, I don’t even bother with the big tech stores, I just give Kyle a call. He’s helped me with memory upgrades, removing viruses and spy/​malware and all sorts of computer performance issues (you know, when everything moves more slowly and you can’t figure out why?!) I recommend NE Computer Techs to my friends and co-​workers all the time and they’ve never been disappointed. For an honest opinion you can trust, go see them first!

I was walking down the street and saw this new computer shop in town. I walked in and was greeted immediately by Kyle. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I explained my issue with my computer. I brought it in a few hours later, he checked it out immediately and ordered the part with express shipping. I had my laptop back within 72 hours (it was a Sunday when I walked in, then Columbus day the day after) after it had been broken for 3 months. He charges an extremely reasonable hourly fee, and does not tag on any extra fees. You know exactly what you’re paying for, and he does a great job, and fully explains everything. I really also liked the inside of the shop. It was very clean and maintained nicely. There’s also a little theatre room which is pretty cool. Kym the office manager is also extremely nice, and they’re very helpful. Kyle has been in the business for 34 years, and it’s easy to trust him to know what he’s doing. If I ever have any issues in the future with any electronics, I will definitely be returning here. High-​end customer service and very reasonable pricing. Business done right: with integrity, honesty, and easy-​going help.

Not only was Kyle extremely knowledgeable on all things computers, but he clearly has a real and true passion for helping others. He even took the time to walk me though the ways I was under utilizing the capability of my machine. Combine this with his up front honesty over what I did and did not need, this turned out to be a perfect example of what a computer repair place/​customer relationship should be. Friendly, honest, knowledgeable, I would do business with N E Computer Techs again in a heartbeat.
