My go to salon. Always friendly and accurate. The technicians don’t get attitudes when you ask them to file your nails this way or that. I always see the employees cleaning their equipment. I always feel welcomed and relaxed. The only downfall is that they get so busy sometimes, I have to come back on a different day. Would highly recommend.

My experience here today was nothing but the best. They took a long time on my nails making sure they were perfect. The man spent a long time buffing them for the acrylics and making sure they were perfect. I would highly recommend this place

Excellent job and attention to detail. I had nail tech Vin and he was very nice and professional. The place is clean all the techs introduce themselves and are personable. They have a lot of repeat clients who are happy with their service. They take turns doing manicures and pedicures and focus on your when you arrive instead of trying to get your through as quick as possible. Prices are similar to other places. I had a supreme spa pedicure only one step up from the basic and my feet where massaged and pampered for 55 minutes. I would defiantly recommend this place and will return again!

New owner is very good at training her techs not to just rush and run the risk of a sloppy job. Many salons I have been to are more concerned with serving as many customers as possible and they do a poor quality job. First Class Nail even guarantees their work and will fix chips in the first 10 days without a hassle. The atmosphere is friendly and professional. I had an issue with a chip on day 4 and I went back and she ended up re-doing all of my nails for free. I found out that they do take (and honor) their appointments. They can get a bit busy so booking ahead is a good idea. I have tried many of the other local nail salons and have found this one the best.

Went to get a Mani/pedi for my wife and I. The service was rushed and sloppy for both of us, they even made us bleed. The manager asked us to COME BACK ON A DIFFERENT DAY so they could fix and refused to refund.

Been here a handful of times hoping it will be different but it’s always the same, if there is a good tech I haven’t got him/her.
The last time I went they took 15minutes to tell me to come back the next day… I did not.
Much better spots in town– if your in a jam and your not to picky on quality of work then maybe you’ll be happy here.
I wont be going back
