Today was my first time in this Michael’s. They had what I needed, though I couldn’t have found it without help. Fortunately, someone asked us if we needed help and took us to the right place in about 30 seconds. I find most Michael’s stores to be difficult to use without help and this one seems larger and even harder to navigate than the one in Portsmouth NH.

I’m a regular at this Michael’s store for my crafting needs. It has a good selection, and is a bright and clean store. The shelves always seem well-​stocked with the items I use, and their clearance is pretty great.
The reason I only give 3 stars is because finding staff to help you is almost impossible, and the store manager is difficult to work with. If you have an issue, you need to bring it to the corporate level to get resolution.
Their coupon policy is reasonable and fair, just be sure to bring your sales flyer (or smart phone) with you. There are no flyers available in the store, and if you forget your coupon, you’re SOL.
