I went with my mother to remove my recently deceased father from her account. we waited for about 20 minutes in the store without acknowledgment that we were even there. a simple «we’ll be with you in a moment» would have been nice. 4 – 5 employees walking in and out from the back room. three other customers waiting. unacceptable service.

Just got done getting my phone upgraded here. This store is great. The guys that work here are really cool, professional, patient and happy to help. A good experience at this location and they are very polite. I highly recommend this location!
