Still haven’t received proper support with
I keep e-mailing the same issue again again and again. All I want to do is ensure that their rewards program is working so I can at least reap some sort of benefit by shopping there. NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE, DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT SHOP THERE! uggghhhhh

Each time I enter store, there are fewer people working. There used to be a wonderful person at business center. More recently, there is little help and you will most likely be told that she will get to any job tomorrow. They have no machine that allows you to use a thumbdrive to make copies. I have a gift card I may never use there because I walk out angry every time I need their help.

I’ve been to the Biddeford Staples store several times. It’s an easy way to send things by UPS and it’s an ideal place to pick up back-to-school supplies or any of those other things that people go to Staples for. An added benefit of this store is that it’s close to the new Market Basket supermarket.
