Lasagna taste like shit. It is not fresh, tasteless, who knows when it was made .it had obviously been frozen and heated up in the microwave. When I go out to eat I expect the food to be fresh, not frozen.

They took a long time on my order. I had to go up and ask and then they realized they forgot about it. The lady was really nice but she didn’t even care to offer me some cheese/napkins or other stuff to go. when I opened the box, the pizza wasn’t cut properly

Meh, not that great. So sorry to give this review, but they left off the artichoke and olives on my pizza and there was just WAY too much cheese on all 3 of the pizzas we ordered. Not enough sauce. Crust not crispy. I dont think we would return.

Not bad but not good either. Order at the counter, get your own drinks, plates, utensils and boxes. Good for groups, pleanty of seating. The lemonade tastes like lemon sugar water. Horrible. My 4yr old wouldn’t even drink it. My mom said the house salad with cheese was good, I wasn’t impressed. My son’s cheese pizza wasn’t good. He wouldn’t even eat it. Took the cheese off and just ate the bread. That’s unlike him. I had a salami basil pizza. It was whatever. Tasted like low budget salami. The cheese was weird, like fluffy or something. My dad got a pepperoni bacon pizza. He only ate one slice. There was a lot of bacon tho. Overall I don’t think I’d ever come back, even if it was the only thing open. I’d save my $ 50and go to dominos.
Plus side, the employees are nice. Place was clean.

This is a nice neighborhood pizza and pasta place. This is a good place for families. The salad we purchased (antipasta) was a medium listed for 2 – 3. My wife barely eats anything and she finished it. Maybe if your sharing the salad before a main course it works for two.

Originally was going to the Black Diamond Tavern. We were seated and immediately felt so uncomfortable. The music was SO loud. It’s a small room. Needless to say we needed to find something else.
Looked on Unilocal and found this place close by. We were seated quickly. Perused the menu and went up to the counter to order. We should have looked around to see what the popular item was… Pizza. We ordered the antipasto salad. It was delicious. We both ordered chicken dishes. My husband had chicken parmesan and I the chicken Marsala. My husband said his was ok. The portion was generous. My chicken did not taste like any I’ve had before. The sauce was very thick. The side of pasta with olive oil and garlic was so bland.
The service was good and attentive. They have cucumber and lemon infused water. Would definitely try the pizza next time. It looked delicious. That is probably the best bet.

We were tired after working hard on the house all day. It was late when we arrived. The food was great, from pizza to sandwich to salad. Consistently good food. The staff was really friendly even though we were the last table to finish and we knew they needed to vacuum, they waited until we left and didn’t rush us. Very nice end to a productive day.

This is a locals favorite for good reason. We’ve been coming for years. It’s casual and a good place to come with the family. They also do great take out. I’m pretty sure I have never ordered anything that I didn’t really like. It’s the garlic bread that my son really likes. On a holiday weekend, there can be quite a wait.

Lying terrible place. Lies about the size of the pizza on their website. Lies about the size of their pizza on their menu.
Ordered a large 16″ gluten free pizza according to the menu and the website. Arrived and when I got to the car I noticed the pizza seemed small. I then went inside and the sorry excuse for a server/cashier had a bad attitude and repeatedly told me the menu said it was a 14″ medium;though I was clearly pointing at the menu where it said 16″ right in front of her. Seriously. $ 24 for a burnt 14″ pizza. Go literally anywhere else.

Stayed at Big Bear for the night and wanted some pizza! Found this place on Unilocal and was happy to see they had gluten-free crust! Didn’t know what to expect since it is a hit or a miss with the gluten-free crust at some places. I was happy to see that the pizza at first sight looked amazing! I got a 10 inch pizza that had pineapples, ham, and bacon pizza with the gluten-free crust which was $ 2.50 extra. It tasted delicious! I was happy and so was my tummy :) My boyfriend got the BBQ chicken calzone and it was pretty messy to eat. He said it still tasted pretty good and also the crust was not «thin» as stated on the menu. Anyways, a good pizza place to try out if you are in the area!

One of my favorite places to grab pizza/pasta in Big Bear.
Casual place for pick up or dine-in. If you dine-in, you still order at the front and then they will just bring you the food to your table. Not exactly waiter service — but it allows for a super casual environment.
Lots of options on the menu! I love that you can order the pasta any way you like it — pick your style of pasta and sauce — or choose from one of the specials on the menu. The pizza is delicious — super doughy crust, but the bottom of the pizza still has a nice crunch.
It’s the perfect option for a casual pizza night.

So we walked in party of 5 with not too much of a wait time. Got our table and ordered. All the pizzas coming out looked great! Then it’s our turn… got a cheese pizza and when we pulled a slice, all the cheese and sauce fell off… Okay also ordered a veggie pizza and it was bright and looked beautiful! Grabbed a slice and it was COLD! Uugghhh! If this pizza would of been hot, it would of been delicious! They need to work on making a good pizza all the way around rather than getting them out! I won’t be back, just because there are many other locations on this mountain that are waiting for my money! Enjoy

Came here while vaca. In big bear. Food was Okayyyyyyy. Not all that. You have to order your food in the counter. no waitress. I ordered
*spaghetti w/meat sauce — okayyyyy not all that
*pizza jalapeño/pepperoni — tasty, crust was the best!
*calamari– ugh! Not good. Rubbery!

Came here over my weekend and i loved the pizza! The house fries everyone raved about were okay… They were missing some flavor. All it was is fries with pepperoni tomato sauce and cheese on top.
The pizza definitely made up for that let down. Staff was friendly and assisted us quickly with our order. The dine in area is cozy. We ended up taking our order to go and it was ready in less than 20 minutes! I ll be back for some pizza!

In prior posts I complained about no music… well, they have it now. Very nice.
You won’t leave broke, or hungry. Excellent. I am now a regular customer. Great place.
