Altitude Trampoline Park

I booked a party for 20 jumpers & had time to add more jumpers/​pizza if I needed to. Well today was the last day of count so I called and let them know that I would be adding 20 more. They said I couldn’t add anymore jumpers because it’s 2 days before the party. They didn’t try to work anything out with me. This was suppose to an exciting time for my daughter to spend with friends and family but couldn’t do it because I couldn’t add anymore jumpers. Manager name Rich didn’t help me at all and was jumping down my throat about me adding more jumpers 2 days before the party. What was the big deal. I had until «today» to update my headcount and that’s what I did but yet couldn’t even do it. That’s ridiculous. My kids loves this place but their customer service is horrible! I am not a happy camper and will find business somewhere else.

Unsafe! I am not one to say that lightly, but the teen staff were paying no attention and rules were being broken in really unsafe ways. I nearly jumped on a preschooler at least 3 times when different kids kept jumping across my trampoline. I’ve been to another trampoline park many times but we decided to try this one out today after my daughter’s friend raved about the climbing wall (which was really great). At the other place I’ve been to, they separate ages, so if someone is unsafely running across other peoples’ trampolines, at least a toddler would only get trampled by another toddler, and I as an adult only have to worry about other adults. I had no place to get away from the rampaging kids playing tag around the court and paying no attention to me, trying to do a flip without hurting anyone. Of course the two staff members in the middle of the court were just talking to each other and not paying attention either. Kids did flips into the foam pit, landing less than a foot away from another kid already in the foam pit, and the staff member standing right there said nothing. They need more rules, and some enforcement of the ones they have.

This is a fun place for older kids. Not a good place on the weekends for little kids. I’m sure Toddler Time during the school week is perfect for the little kids. My 7 and 8 year old boys had a blast but we still had to keep an eye on them while playing dodgeball. When there isn’t an employee watching the game, some kids will play unfairly. THE STAFF IS there to protect the facilities not the kids, so if you want to ensure that your kids are safe and treated well by other kids, then you should watch them yourself.

Fun for kids and adults. I hosted a party there for my son and it was perfect! Kids had a great time and staff kept everything organized and fun.

So much to do from the rock wall, jousting, dodgeball, foam pit to of course jumping on the gigantic trampolines.

My nephews love these kinds of places. I wasn’t sure if this one would be any good, but it was awesome! It’s big and new and it has everything and more; a giant trampoline area, 2 big dodge-​ball areas, a jousting pit, a big rock-​climbing wall, 2 basketball nets and 3 foam pits. Perfect. They loved it. If you have energetic kids, this is the place to go. Nice restrooms too, by the way — two separate family rooms — nice!

Extremely dangerous place. My 6 year old daughter attended a party here and it is complete chaos. They have teenagers/​adults doing backflips in the same area with toddlers bouncing. The «staff» does nothing aside from remove parents without the official socks and wristbands from the jumping areas and report injuries after they occur. Some «staff» just jumping themselves. This place should be shut down. I will be reporting them personally.

It was a very fun place for my daughter and her friend to practice some of her gymnastics tricks before upcoming state meets. There was a not so nice employee that yelled at us when we were going to eat some fruit that we brought in from the outside. There were signs that said no outside food or drinks but he could have said it politely. In addition, we saw tons of coffee cup and other beverages and those were not turned aside.
They should make a toddler section that grown ups can watch their kids and another section for older kids/​adults. Almost every time someone was going to tumble a toddler ran right in front of that person so that person couldn’t tumble without potentially hurting the younger person.
Compared to Skyzone I think the overall environment is better here however they don’t have lockers to rent and we did see a pregnant lady who couldn’t find her jacket when she was getting ready to leave.
Also, check the Internet for coupons and pay inside the place as they don’t honor coupons for online reservations. Do however complete the waiver online as it will save you time when you arrive.

I’ve been now twice, both times with my fiancé during the week. It’s not very busy on weekdays but for some reason there’s still 20 teen employees manning the trampolines.
2 stars gone for staffing issues. Quite often I’ve observed those teens aggressively flirting in a corner somewhere. That kind of behavior is bothersome when you witness young children looking up to those teens. The next star knocked off was because it’s always impossible to use the basketball hoops — again a staffing issue because the whole time there are about 5 employees using it which just makes it awkward to go over there.
As for the place itself, I love the dodgeball arenas & the foam pits — though very hard to climb out of ! The rock climbing wall is really cool but keep in mind if your feet aren’t itty bitty (like my fiancé’s) your feet might hurt after a few pegs up. The prices are a bit high but if it’s a slow day, you may not even need a full hour to wear your little ones out!

School vacation week. Very crowded. Kids had fun, but too much waiting around in specific lines. There are 2 basketball alleys, a foam pit, 2 dodgeball areas (age specific) and a jousting pit with a rock wall surrounding it. 9 Lines then an open jump area divided somewhat by size. Seems to busy and confusing than other jump parks we have been to. $ 15/​hr to jump and then you have to buy «jump socks» for $ 2. An expensive hour for 3 kids, but it’s a good work out for them if they stay in the jump area.

On my second trip here about a month later the aforementioned employee was not there that day. There seemed to be no yelling at the kids and everyone in general had a great time. It was extremely busy the second time around but with a good set of employees it really made all the difference. I’m not sure if the owners read the reviews and changed policies or if it was just a hit or miss situation but with great staff the second time I happily give them 4 stars (5 if was less expensive and busy).

A great time. The posts about having to show you license and give your social security number just isn’t true, took about 3min to fill out paper work. We opted for half and hour, just to see if we liked it. We loved it so we extended our time and we will be back tomorrow. If you have more than one child jumping go to 99 restaurant next door and get the two for one coupon on the children’s menu. Good decent fun time for kids.

After making us all wait an hour in line and filling out all our personal info on their computer with drivers license ss number .then they tell us they are sold out but they let two bus loads of kids cut line .don’t waste our time. kids so disappointed

Kids will always have a good time. Pretty expensive per child ($ 15 for an hour plus $ 2 socks). Super busy on the weekends especially when there are birthdays. They have rules, but workers seem pretty chill most of the times. Expect a slight wait for obstacles, but a great place to try.

Incredible trampoline park in Billerica! Great for kids, adults, grandparents and babies!
We’ve been about 1 dozen times and kids go home incredible beat and they have a blast each and every time!
They have; climbing walls! Dodgeball court (x2), foam pots to jump into (x3 lanes), basketball slam dunk lanes (x2), 2 birthday rooms, a jousting beam (in front of climbing wall). Wide open jump pit with about 100 individual floor and wall trampolines. The bathrooms and facility are kept extraordinarily clean and well maintained.
Socks are $ 2 and can be reused every visit.
VERY busy on weekends with no call ahead reservations! Make sure you ask if they are heavy with birthdays; if so, they tend to ignore other patrons, if so. Just an FYI.
Highly recommended you come before kids eat dinner or on weekdays to have more wide open availability.

What a blast!
We went with a bunch of Methuen High School students and their exchange students from the Netherlands and they had a great time.
The place was clean and everything was in excellent condition. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I would take any group there.
This is definitely worth going to.

Awful. I brought two kids on a Saturday, and the place was so over run with birthday parties that they spent 90%+ of the time waiting in lines.
They were repeatedly kicked out of the dodgeball courts (plural) so that parties could have exclusive use. Waiting 20 minutes then getting two minutes to play is a crappy ratio.
I complained to the manager and he was only mildly sympathetic, telling me they had 30 birthday parties scheduled, as if that was a reasonable excuse for our lousy experience. He suggested we try a weekday instead because the place is empty.
I suggested that if they can’t support walk-​ins then they shouldn’t sell walk-​in tickets. Our (whopping) $ 42 was a complete waste.

This place is awesome! it’s such a good idea and it’s a great way to bring kids out and burn all their excess energy. my son goes home exhausted every time he comes here! we had his birthday party here on what seemed to be the busiest Friday before school returns and it was a great experience even with the large crowds. everyone at the party had a great time and the lines didn’t seem to take too long for any of the attractions inside.
The cost of the party itself is not too bad it includes water for all the kids and pizza from hungry Tiger next-​door as well as an hour of jump time.
The cost is also not too bad for regular jump time, especially if your a tired parent who needs a fun activity for the kiddos.
In addition to the trampolines there is trampoline dodgeball, basketball dunking (with trampoline assistance) and a foam pit to jump into. The newest (and most fun additions) are rock climbing walls with foam pits under them, and an American gladiator style beam battle that looks like epic fun. (It’s hard to describe, it’s a beam you balance on while using a padded stick to battle with. I know my description stinks! just go check it out for yourselves!)

Fun fun fun, took the kids here, they loved it.
Log on to the website before arriving to fill out the liability waver, it will save you some time.
The activity area is we’ll organized, clean, and we’ll staffed.
This is a better and less expensive fun time trip then chuck e cheese.

We had planned a group outing to go to Altitude on a Sunday Night in Early June. Several people have to work until 6 so we decided we would jump from 7−8pm. Our group arrived at Altitude at 6:45Pm ready to jump but when we walked in the front door a joyful worker told us they had decided to close an hour early tonight. They decided to close an hour early? How professional! I asked why they hadn’t posted anything on there website and she said oh we just decided to close a few hours ago there is a sign on the door though. So you have to drive all the way to Billerica to find the sign on the door that says they are closing an hour early! It was just a really unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I was really excited to try out a trampoline park but after this experience I will not being going to Altitude park in Billerica.

Very fun! I went here with a friend, no kids. And I personally had a blast! I felt like my inner child came out. I couldn’t get out of the ball pit, however. It was almost frightening.
Other than that, very large area and tons of fun. Don’t drink before you go, not recommended.
