Every time I drop off something with buttons they inevitably lose one. The only good thing about them is their drop off service for sweaters or things without buttons. DON’T bring blankets there, they charge an arm and a leg

The prices here are crazy high. My husband and I used them once and our bill for a couple of his shirts and a couple of mine was like $ 70. I might as well just buy a couple of new shirts next time. The work was okay and it is conveniently located but we definitely won’t be going back.

Very disappointing experience with this cleaner. I called one morning and inquired about same day service. They mentioned if I drop off before 10 am I could have my items back after 5 pm. I dropped off two dress shirts at 9:45 and reminded the clerk that I needed them back this evening as I was leaving town the next morning. I returned at 5:30 to pick up my shirts and I had to wait a half an hour for the clerk to find them in the pile of clothes that were not gotten to. I was pretty upset at this point and asked to leave my name for the manager to call back. I never did receive a call from management. I will never use this cleaner again and suggest that if you are looking for a cleaner in Billerica you pass on Anton’s.

My wife and I have been going to Anton’s for years and have been very satisfied with their service. My wife brought in a jacket to have spot cleaned and they said it might not come out. The owner call and said he spot cleaned it himself and it came out. That’s service.
