Really good pizza, even under new management. I just went there tonight and got the Napolitana pizza and some jalapeño popper. Both were delicious. I would say this is one of the better Italian pizza joints in Billerica.

They make a good pizza and probably have the best overall subs in Billerica. I have had better pizza at Lucky’s but that isn’t around anymore. Overall a decent place but delivery times can be slow. Never had an order messed up. Order here about 1 — 2 times a month.

Usually the place I go to for pizza in spite of it being way over priced. Pizza is always okay not great anymore. Last time I bought 2 steak and cheese subs I dropped nearly $ 16 not cool. They’ll price themselves out of business if they don’t start watching what they are charging. I will agree with Sheri H when the brothers still owned it it was much better.

5 or 6 years ago, this place was great and I would have given them 5 stars. It was owned by an Italian family and they(especially the brothers) knew how to make a pizza(to the point where I considered them to be in the same league as Pizzeria Regina in the North End and Santarpio’s in Eastie). But then they sold out to a Greek woman and her husband and although these people claim to have bought the recipe from the previous owners, their pizza is just horrible.(I suspect that the reason for this is because it’s pretty obvious that these people do everything on the cheap – e.g., I went in there one time on a very hot and humid summer day and they didn’t even have the AC on, just one ceiling fan. It was so hot and miserable that I had to run the hell out of there without even ordering.) Therefore, if they could skimp on the AC on a 95 degree day, I am quite sure that they also skimp on the cheese and the sauce, too(and anything else that they can skimp on. They also, when they took over, promptly fired all the employees who had been working there under the previous owners – thus ridding themselves of anyone who knew how to make a great pizza). I have never, once, had a pizza under these owners that didn’t taste either weird or just plain awful, and that is a shame because, prior to 2005, I was in this place once or twice a week(at minumum). But now I wouldn’t touch them with a 10 foot pole. Bottom line: Don’t waste your time or your money on this crummy joint. Pizzeria Regina(Burlington Mall) is 8 minutes away(not as good as the North End, of course, but still excellent). Go there.

3 stars because its decent for new england pizza. 1 star or less for anyone outside the northeast. Med thickness crust. Havent tried their subs. Sadness that all new england pizza is like this…

Their large subs are gigantic. Great value. The meatball is a solid choice, and they make a nice Italian. Probably in my top 3 sub shops for the area

So… IMHO, Billerica is not what I would consider a hub of excellent dining locations… they have plenty of places to eat, but very few of them stand out from the rest. Silvio’s Pizzeria… is one of the places that are in delivery range of my apartment, so I’ve had them a few times. Usually pizza or subs… First off, the Large Sub is really huge. I’ve had the Italian… which is really good… and I think that might have been it for subs, as I am not recalling anything else at the moment. Now their pizza… even delivered, is pretty darn good. Tonight, however, stopped in the place with a pal and we split a pie. A typical, pepperoni pizza. Wow…this was a really good pizza. I’d say for the Billerica area, it rates up there amongst Sal’s, Stromboli’s and Pizza Express… all the aforementioned places having exceptional pizza… at least for the Billerica area, mind you. The dough was really good and fresh… not a crispy dough, but not soggy by any means. It’s a medium thickness I’d say… pretty typical of New England pizza… But there is something about their toppings I really like… just really fresh. The mozzarella is always meltin all over the place… like great mozzarella should be… and the sauce they use is really good too. A tad bit greasy, but pepperoni pizza is greasy by nature. There are many places that have good pizza, piping fresh out of the oven… that somehow lose entire measures of goodness the longer it sits in a delivery person’s vehicle… I’d say Silvio’s has a pretty resilient pie for you delivery fanatics out there… but man, if you get a chance, visit the place in person and eat the pizza there… you won’t regret it.
