The coffee is great. That’s not the problem. Starbucks is famous for the friendly baristas. Unfortunately, the young crew here is unfriendly and pretentious. They have basically heard all of the negative(mostly untrue) stereotypes about Starbucks and, unfortunately, decided that’s who they want to be. Condescending to clients(and I saw them do it to people in front of and behind me) is not good customer service.

Absolutely the best coffee that I’ve had. At this time of year the egg nog latte really brightens your day.

Drive thru is EXTREMELY slow! Today, it took me nearly 10mn to get through, with just a few cars ahead. My order wasn’t even ready, and it was just a plain iced coffee. Coffee is fine, but drive thru service could use some work.

Great staff! Friendly. Clean place. I am here every week to get my coffee and to study. There is a big table that’s great for doing work or smaller tables on the sides of the shop. Also outdoor seating with outlets available which is awesome!

Honestly, this is more of a 2.5 rating and I hate to give negative reviews but my past few experiences at this location have not been enjoyable. This particular Starbucks is close to work so it is convenient for afternoon coffee runs. It is never really that busy during the afternoon, but they always favor the drive through customers over the ones that go in store. I have waited 10 – 15 minutes for an iced coffee and an iced tea because the employees are so focused on getting the drive through orders done that you just sit and watch the people outside getting their beverages before you. I have had some incredibly nice, friendly baristas but also very rude ones. Quality of drinks just seems to be so much better at the other locations as well.

Awful Starbucks! I’m going out of my way to never visit this store again. I’ll drive 15 mins. to the one in the next town over. There’s one person there that has caused me to never go there again. They’re rude and obnoxious, I even tip these people! Why? So I can have nasty things said to me? Why is that ok? I guess they don’t care in Billerica if they lose a customer. I was a regular.

The spinach squares were awesome and the staff are super friendly, they made my coffee just right and even consulted me on picking the right one, plus it’s a great place to meet clients! Def coming back anytime I’m in Billerica

I appreciate Starbucks and the owners of the franchise, as they truly care for their employees and are working role models of how to run a business in America. The prices are high, but considering the asset Starbucks is to America, the dues should be paid. The customer service is Aleuts above average, and my order is alway made the same. This is one of my treats to my sleds on long errand days. I love the hot chocolate and the oatmeal!

Ordered a green tea frappé and received a hot coffee. I told the barista and she made up some idiotic excuse not to remake my drink. I was already running late since it took them forever to make the wrong order. Not thinking about coming back.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon to study and it was blissful. Not busy at all, enough tables/chairs, free fast wifi, and clean bathrooms. This is what I want out of a coffee shop. As someone else mentioned, there is a big wooden table in the middle of the store, which does take up quite a bit of space but would be nice for big groups. There is also outdoor seating and a drive through. This Starbucks is located in a strip mall /shopping center(with a Market Basket, etc.) so there is plenty of parking. The baristas were also friendlier than average.

I go to a coffee shop 6 days a week. Traveling through Billerica, I stopped at this starbucks and I have to say they have some of the nicest people. My first quad espresso with mocha and I have to say I dug it.

Someone needs to remind the barista to add the pumpkin to my PSL. I spent $ 9 on two cups of hot water and foam. The worst one I’ve been to in a while.

Been to better ones for sure. They’re usually not that busy at this location, with the exception of the drive thru. Some of the baristas are friendly and have personality, some are seriously lacking in both. I go there because it’s convenient and close to home.

I usually walk into this Starbucks at around 12:40pm every weekday. It’s close to work, and I couldn’t be more thankful for that! The staff here is very nice, and really make an effort to get to know their«regulars,» but are very friendly to newcomers. They’re knowledgeable about their menu and drinks, and are always eager to suggest new beverages, or answer questions like, «What IS a Caffè Misto, anyway?» The store is very well managed, clean, and usually isn’t too crowded. I’ve never had to wait more than ten minutes to receive my coffee, and if it takes longer, it’s only because I’ve been chatting with the baristas. The drive-thru is a nice feature when you’re in a rush. Since Starbucks now offers free wi-fi to its customers, there are usually people using their laptops at the numerous tables in the store. Admittedly, I’m a Starbucks addict/groupie. I’ve been to many Starbucks stores(both in and outside of MA), and can say that this is easily my favorite.

They don’t know how to make a good cappuccino but they do have a drive through. I also like the fact that they have a drive through. Did I mention their drive through? Their best asset is their drive through. Next time when I’m in the mood for a good drive through that’s where I’m going. Not for a coffee though.

I have worked in the picturesque town of Billerica for several years now, and I can’t begin to express how thankful I was when Starbucks opened! As a lifelong Massachusetts resident, Dunkies will always hold a special place in my heart, but nothing gives me an afternoon jolt like a Starbucks iced coffee. My coworkers and I come here at least thrice a week during lunch hour.(And no, that’s not a typo. I’m trying to bring back the word thrice.) The staff is very friendly and knows most of us by name or our favorite drink. Congratulations, Starbucks. You are my new favorite vice. :-)

Dear Starbucks, Well, You got me! I was swooned by an in store advertisement for a Green Tea Frappuccino. I’ve got to tell you that the pale green of the beverage featured on the in store advertisement made me think, «Now that’s something that I would like!» I don’t know why I would have thought that. It turns out that the«Tazo Green Tea Frappuccino(Blended Crme) Inspired by Japanese tradition» is not as palatable as the advertisement would lead one to believe. I love the part of the drink being«Inspired by Japanese tradition». By this you must mean the less desirable parts of Japanese tradition; the Rape of Nanking, the Bataan Death March, the stuff they do with sticks. If you watch the History Channel then you know what I am talking about. I don’t mean to come across as someone who dislikes the Japanese. Hey, I even dated one for a couple of months. Well, I will continue to buy my coffee at Starbucks, but I am going to think long and hard before I buy something with «Frappu» in its name. Thanks, –Todd Lefrank

This store has T-Mobile HotSpot wireless broadband Internet service. as well as a drive through window. This is the first drive through Starbucks in MA, which I found a bit odd. I suppose that was driven by the Dunkies competition? Regardless, the service here is top notch, and there is plenty of interesting drinks to try. Make sure to give a «Dirty Chai» a try!
