I was referred to this vet by my hairdresser and it turned out to be as great as she said it would be. I still am giving it 5 stars, in spite of one receptionist with a lack of communication skills; an older lady in her 60’s or 70’s. Though, one bad worker does not ruin the business, I wasn’t there to argue. I was there to pick up my cat and pay for the services that they provided him. But other than that, I feel they genuinely care about the pets they see. «Caring Hands» is a very fitting title that they have. They’re definitely one of the best vets in Billings. Would recommend to anyone.
