I have been going to Carizzma for over 10 years now for all my beauty needs. I see Keshia for my hair and waxing needs, she’s fantastic! I love that she isn’t afraid to try fun hair colors and or new things! I’ve seen a few of the nail girls, had massages and regularly use the connected tanning salon. I’ve never been less than satisfied with the atmosphere and professionalism of all the girls I’ve interacted with.

Kesha is a very good technician when she wants to be. She knows her craft. However, after almost 2 years of my patronage she often left me feeling like she didn’t want me there. I even brought her more business through a referral. She burned my referral and myself last visit during waxing procedures. My friend blistered with second degree burns. It took 2 weeks to heal. Kesha’s indifference toward the people around her is obvious when she rants details about her personal life in an obnoxiously loud manner. Besides blowing me off by cancelling my appointment last week, she also rudely refused to service me this week because, was she too bloated from her botox procedure(???) to come to work? This is strictly speculation, but your guess is as good as mine. It doesn’t matter what excuse she had. Obviously she doesn’t value clients. She never called to reschedule as promised by her coworker. The discombobulated drama is very unprofessional. I’m taking my business to a highly regarded spa around the corner.

Hair Salons and Day Spas come a dime a dozen and Carizzma is no exception. Last week my appointment for 2 separate procedures was cancelled by the owner because her sister was having a baby. I asked that she reschedule for today, one week later. She said she would be back. She didn’t call to confirm so I went to my appointment as I asserted. She was not there and according to her worker, she had no intention of coming to work. Evidently, Keisha doesn’t care about her customers enough to keep appointments. A snotty attitude and a blatant disregard for people does not make a good shop owner. I’m taking my business to someone who appreciates my business. True story.

Can’t comment on the salon service… But can say they are not good at returning phone calls. I tried twice last week(left messages both times) then waited a week and called again(left another message) Never got a call. I’m new to billings and was trying to get my nails done. I will not beg to get an appointment, with the size of billings there are a lot of salons to choose from.
