I’ve been to multiple walk-in style nail places in Billings, but this has been my favorite. I’ve gotten a shellac mani and it stays on longer than any other place (I think because they do a nice job of not getting the polish on the skin). Very friendly customer service and very accommodating with appointments!

Lady who did my nails did not get it through her head what I actually wanted and did her own thing. Plus, she drilled on each nail so bad that they were sooooo sensitive for the longest time… they are still not growing the same after 3 years now… paid $ 50. I was so disappointed. I do admit she was very fast and tried to make you feel welcomed.
Won’t be going back again.

I’m only giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. This was by far the WORST pedicure experience I’ve ever had! I called ahead of time and made appointments for 4 pedis and was assured they could do them all at 6. When we arrived, there were only 2 techs working and one was busy with manis. at 6:15, we asked the gentleman if anyone was coming to work on us and he assured they were on their way (by this time my water had gone cold twice). Well no one else ever showed up to work so the two of them rushed through as quickly as possible, my entire pedi start to finish lasted FIFTEEN minutes!!! She didn’t scrub my feet at all and barely rubbed lotion on. To make matter worse, the girl made rude comments about my personal appearance to myself and Her coworkers. I am so disappointed with the pedicure and service, I will never return! I suggest you save yourself the miserable experience and go somewhere else!
