Worst property management company in the Billings area. They do everything in their power to overcharge renters, keep all security deposits never fix their property’s malfunctions and lie about their dishonesty. They charge 10 – 20 dollars for light bulbs when you can go to Walmart and buy them for cheap. We cleaned out our apartment to only have them charge over 150 for cleaning and lies about damages. So glad to rent with Rimrock at least I am treated better. When I applied for a place they didn’t accept me without a cosigner which I think is bs. I am 22 and have been on my own for three years and I found a better property thanks for their application denial.

I can see why this company has so many poor reviews. We are relocating from out of state and called and spoke to a woman over the phone. We explained what we needed and asked if they had anything available and was told told to go look online. Great customer service people! Definitely won’t be renting through them especially after the reviews I’ve seen!
