Having been a customer here for 8 years, I find it extremely disappointing that their customer service has gone steadily downhill. If you want friendly service, do not go here. Period. The manager is particularly sharp and curt with customers. How they’ve managed to stay open this long is a mystery.

This nail salon was THE WORST salon I have ever been to. They do not talk to you, they continuously talk and giggle amongst themselves in VIETNAMESE. talk about being RUDE!!! No eye contact, nothing. They asked me if the last nail tech I used was AMERICAN, when I said yes, they chatted in VIETNAMESE and laughed giving me the impression that they thought that THEIR work was far superior to anything an AMERICAN can do. I do not recommend this nail place, not what I would call a salon for all the money in the world. A very cold and unbecoming HOLE in the wall. The floors were very dirty too! ICK

Traveling from Chicago for work. came across lilac and I’m very impressed. Very quaint and most of the items on the menu are from local farmers. I had my eye on the short rib with the gnocchi & then the bartender recommended it, so I went for it. So good and different. To finish it off I had the strawberry dessert with almond cake. It was fantastic. So refreshing! Loved everything about it :)

We called at 9 am for appointment and were told to come at 1pm. We arrive on time (5 min early) to pick nail colors and were told to go sit on a couch and they started service on another couple. We walked out, there isn’t a reason to make an appointment if walking in trumps those who plan their day around and scheduled visit.

I hated the last time I went there! Horrible! The guy decided not to redo my nails but keep the white top and just go over it. After one day my real nail was showing through and it looked like I never got my nails done. Worst money I ever spent! On top of it, he was extremely weird and uncomfortable to talk to. By the end of it, he was asking me if I would cheat on my husband.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The girls are so friendly and they do a great job at a very reasonable price. The place is very clean and well maintained. I almost always do a walk in instead of making an appointment and they remember me every time! During busy hours, it can be a wait but if you aim for off hours you can usually walk right in. They even let me bring in my whole bridal party to have a day before the wedding celebration while we all got our nails done for the big show. Great place!

I walked in today for a pedicure thinking there was no way they would be able to accommodate me on a Saturday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised as they got me in immediately. I am a licensed manicurist from Washington state and have high expectations when it comes to sanitation and was so happy to find a clean, sanitary environment at Sensation. Tina was so friendly and thorough during my entire pedicure. I will definitely be frequenting this salon due to the treatment I received today.

(This is a Unilocal from my wife) Zero stars… Had an appointment at 1030, received no acknowledgment when I came in the door. Sat down for 15 mins, was then signaled to my chair still not talked to and then soaked 15 minutes, finally left at 11:00when they reached for a nail light to finish gel nails on another customer. Will never return.
