Update. YUM brands, and Taco Bell, Inc., will not respond to this horrible experience. Realize I’m a big TB fan, have easily purchased 1000 meals over my lifetime(a few decades), and I will still go. I love the food. Inexpensive, quick, tasty. But this was unacceptable, and their(non)response even more so. Does YUM only respond to threatened litigation? Wasn’t considering it previously. Please don’t imagine that your(legal) guys are craftier that ours. You may be surprised. And embarrassed. And find yourselves fired. Fired. For exceedingly poor judgment. For not responding to my phone calls and emails. And the phone calls were recorded. Easy to do nowadays. Really just wanted you to investigate your Billings locale. Ask some questions. Any maybe apologize. Nothing more.
