I was pleasantly surprised with the facial I had done with Beth. The room I had my facial in was warm and relaxing which was perfect since I was freezing and stressed. By the time I left I was completely relaxed with glowing skin. I usually don’t use product on my face but the line she used and recommended is really incredible… even two weeks later my skin looks and feelings amazing. I will be going back to see Beth!

I have been going to the Ritzz Salon for over 3 years! I love the environment and the warm atmosphere! Kayla Tucker does my hair, and she does a great job! It is so nice to have the many services that are offered in this salon! Nails, massages, waxing, cute fashion accessories, and hair! And now, Dana, the owner has just added Sunless Tanning! Great one stop shop! So happy I found this salon! Vicky V

Worst decision ever!!! I went for the first time at the Ritzz for a full set of nails and my nail tech confessed that she is new in this industry. Not a big deal I support people that are at the beginning in their career. After taking almost 5 Hours to get my nails done (5:15 PM to 10 PM) she told me the total amount was $ 75, I thought that was pretty pricey for a beginner who took that long to get my nails done but I let it go and I tipped her $ 10, so the final total was $ 85 for a full set of nails, pretty expensive taking into account that normally i would pay $ 45 to $ 50 for a set of nails: gel or acrylic. After a few days I checked my credit card and and she added an extra $ 6 in tip so the posted amount on my credit card was $ 91 for a full set of nails. Would anybody pay that much for a set of nails?? Unbelievable. Finally, I went back and I told her that she added an extra $ 6 to her tip pretty much a total $ 16 in tip and she didn’t look surprised at all. Of course I got the answer i expected“it was a mistake”… $ 85 vs $ 91 don’t look like similar numbers. I will never repeat this mistake again. Ohhh… and btw she also charged $ 5 because she was EXTREMELY SLOW (for the extra time). After only 4 days one of my nails broke. All that I can say is WOW, WOW, WOW!!! Ladies, do yourself a favor and never go there to get your nails done. Not worth it. I have been to a lot of salons before… but this was by far the worst I have been too.
