Not very good customer service were rude and not customer focused. The atmosphere was nasty they don’t have courtesy for the customers and act like they read out of a manuel. We had a billing error and the manager lance refused to credit us despite reviewing the bill and seeing the error. He said there was nothing he can do when twitter and customer care helped us faster.

I’ve always had good service here but I’ve literally had to wait over an hour before. I always try to solve my problems on their website before I go to there store.
