The sushi was fine. The service was fine. The restaurant is loud and has TVs playing for no apparent reason. I hate that… but I’d go back if I was in Biloxi and looking for sushi.

Wonderful sushi! We sat at the sushi bar! Waitress recommended the jackpot roll! It was the best sushi we have ever had! We also had a tsunomono salad! It was delicious! The guy making sushi was overly friendly! We can’t wait to bring friends back in a few weeks!

Fresh, delicious and locally inspired sushi + excellent phở and Vietnamese dishes. This is my go to sushi place when in town. Short and easy walk from Hard Rock and Beau Rivage if you’re visiting. Owner and staff are wonderful!

Wanted sushi so I came to this place and I enjoyed eating here. Liked the egg drop soup, first time trying. Bento box was hot and fresh, Hawaii Roll was amazing. Overall excellent visit. I did notice a lot of the sushi rolls have cream cheese and fried items in them or covered with sauce… I’m personally not a fan. Wasn’t sure about the Hawaii Roll then it came out but it tasted great, the shrimp and crab tasted very fresh. Good service as well.

This was our first time to eat here. It was great! The sushi is fresh and very good. We had the Lucky Roll and the Hawaiian Roll.(See pics). Serving was plenty! We also ate the fried rice with shrimp, chicken and steak. It’s was some of the better fried rice I’ve had. It was more than two people could eat, very generous portion. This will definitely be my new place to eat Sushi in Biloxi.

I love coming here! It’s one of the better sushi places on the coast. Just in case you don’t feel like having sushi, you can get hibachi or even phở. The prices are average for sushi and they usually have a good deal going on so make sure to ask. As far as sushi, I love their Kamikaze and Ichiban rolls– totally recommend! However, today I got the egg drop soup today which was warm and yummy. I wanted a little comfort food to set me up since I wasn’t feeling too well. So good! I got phở and it was good as well but I wished they offered tripe or tendon. Understandably, as predominantly a sushi restaurant– it’s not unusual. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is friendly. The location is in downtown Biloxi and is by half shell oyster house. Most tables are in view of the TVs and they had plenty of high chairs for those that have kids. Over all, one of the best sushi places around and very family friendly.

Fuji House in Biloxi is one of my favorite places to eat. The service has always been top notch. Both the dining area and sushi bar area is very clean. They do not have hibachi grills but they do have hibachi entrees. The thing I like the most is that they are willing to bake any roll along with adding or removing any ingredient to your roll. My favorite is the volcano roll.(See attached video) The dinner salads with ginger dressing are the biggest I have seen in this area. The lunch bento boxes are also the biggest portions I have seen as well. Several flat screens are posted on the wall. They are usually playing something with sports although this is not a sports bar. I have watched the New Orleans Saints games with no issues, it maybe the best kept secret. Don’t tell anyone! Enjoy.

This is now the third time that I’ve made it a point to come here when I’m visiting Biloxi. I will never go to any other mediocre and overpriced sushi restaurants inside casinos again(Tien, Jia and Lillie’s specifically) On this trip I opted for their chirashi lunch special, and for 11.95 I was so incredibly happy with my choice. The lunch special comes with a choice of soup(I opted for miso) and a nice sized house salad with a very tasty creamy ginger dressing. Honestly I started filling up on the soup and salad even before the chirashi arrived. Once it did, though, the feast began. On a bed of perfectly seasoned sushi rice was a very generous array of sashimi selections. White tuna with a black tobiko and a sweet yellow sauce, snapper with yellow and orange tobiko atop, tuna, salmon, yellowtail, tamago, Kani, ebi and even a baby octopus. Everything tasted fresh and wonderful, and I loved the added touch of shaved daikon and shiso leaf. I didn’t finish everything, and thoroughly enjoyed my late lunch snack later in the day. I also ordered a Togo phó with filet and meatballs, and that for dinner was QUITE good as well. Service has always been very prompt and kind, and even one of the owners came over and made sure we were happy with our lunch. I am a fan of Fuji. I plan to come any time I’m craving sushi while in Biloxi.

I loved visiting this spot. Our waitress was wonderful, checking on us consistently to ensure we had everything we needed and were satisfied. I’m not a huge fan of sushi but always want to try new things and see if it sparks my interest. Fuji is the only sushi restaurant where I have liked everything I ate! It was all delicious! I got the crawfish and avocado rolls and we had their calamari which was DEVINE!

Phở phở phở! Amazing wonderful phở phở phở! We had a large group and ordered a variety of sushi combos. The variety of fish and fresh ingredients amazed me as I am not used to this quality in a sushi house on the ms gulf coast. The staff was sweet and talked with us. Never an empty glass, even offered up a few recipes. This is the best in Biloxi

Husband and I ate here last night, and I was pleasantly surprised! The sushi was delicious, as was the hibachi meal we ordered. Our waitress was friendly and service was great. It was one of the best meals we had on our trip to Biloxi!

This was a surprising find in Biloxi. Although nearly all of the rolls are fried, the appetizers and sashimi are top notch, so it’s possible to assemble a world class sashimi dinner here. Note that there is no wine, only beer.

Expensive sushi that’s just basically covered in sauce. It’s too bad they don’t have more unique rolls, and a sushi bar where u can actually see the fish and the sushi chef making it(the glass is foggy and its above eye level).

I came here on a Friday night with my husband around 6PM. We had to drive around the block a few times looking for parking. We ended up having to park in the lot which was clearly marked for the Half Shell because there wasn’t any parking available on the street or next to Fuji that was marked for Fuji customers. Once inside, a group of 4 in front of us were waiting to be seated, and there wasn’t a hostess at the front because she and another coworker were arranging tables. There was only one other party of 2 seated in the restaurant, and we stood there for 5 – 10 minutes without acknowledgement from any of the staff. In that time, the group of 4 ahead of us was not seated, another lady came in and waited behind us without so much of a word or head nod from the staff, and they were still organizing the tables for a group of people. We came here because of all the good reviews, but left because(foot stomping here): — No acknowledgement of customer presence — Frustration with parking, but it’s understood that there isn’t a whole lot of parking for Fuji or Voodoo if the Half Shell’s lot is private — Lackadaisical attitude of the staff We might try stopping here again, but probably not.

on one of my last days in Biloxi, I wanted to partake in some Sushi and found this place with a solid amount of reviews and a pretty high average. so I went for it and I was not disappointed. This review focuses solely on Sushi however as I didn’t not chose anything from the regular cooked menu. Many average sushi bars have about 5 – 7 standard choices of fish when serving their customer base. Salmon, Assorted Tuna(Generally 2 choices) Eel, Crab, and Shrimp. The better places usually add to this with, Mackerel, Snapper, or local indigenous fish like Sea Bass, Scallop, Octopus, Clam and Surf clam, Masago, and a variety of Tobiko, Sea Urchin and Sweet Egg. I felt like this place fell about in the higher middle of that list and it contained a higher amount of ingredient selections which ultimately delivered a series of well balanced and well prepared dishes for me that had me seeing Sushi in a different way. An example of that was when the Chef added truffle oil to one of my roles and then Scorched it with a flame… the Roll’s name escapes me but it was astounding. rich but earthy… I also tried the Fuji seafood salad with Mango and found it to be a well balanced dish and the Mango really did balance out the Acid of the dish, not to mention it was actually ripe. unripe Mango is not really good. I also tried the Jalapeño Hamachi which I thought was really well done and I also had a Sashimi appetizer which as part of my review I like to focus on Fish Quality and Menu selections and this place didn’t disappoint. So for a Sushi lunch or Dinner, this place is definitely worth it and I would come back time and again if I didn’t live so far away hahaha.

Read through the reviews and was totally surprised when I sat down to indulge in what I thought would be a fantastic dining experience. Just the opposite. Still trying to figure if I missed something. Perhaps it was just one of those days for this establishment. Please allow me to begin. The décor and setting of the restaurant is inviting. You feel like you’re in a sushi restaurant. Great bar atmosphere for sports enthusiasts. This is a beer only establishment so bringing your own wine and spirits is encouraged if you enjoy your own stock like I do. That’s great for an added 1 star. The cleanliness of the establishment was also wonderful. Clean floors and tables as well as sushi holding table. That too is good for an added star. But after this it goes downhill. Ordered the Bento Lunch box. I have had hundreds of bentonite lunch boxes from across the nation well before Unilocal was born. So I can brag that I am truly one of the Elite Bento Lunch Box Ninjas. :-) This lunch box Miso Soup was undesirable. No flavor, bland, too much tofu powder, not enough tofu cubes, light on green onions and visually too light in color. Almost appeared to be milky in appearance. The salad was tasty and good. I enjoyed the crisp lettuce and flavorful dressing. That calls for a solid 2 stars. Rice was a brown rice with a stir fry mix of vegetables and light seasoning sauce. But the main entrée which takes this review to the pits was the vegetable tempura. The vegetable tempura was obviously fried in(1) old oil, not filtered nor fresh(2) oil temperature too low and(3) tempura batter mixed and/or stirred too much and too often. Im. not a chef but I know my tempura and Bento box. What I received was very saturated oily pieces of over cooked vegetable tempura that would cause an oil slick in the Gulf the size of Cuba if I dropped just 2 pieces in the water. Oooh! But seriously, the tempura was terrible. Check out my close up image and you’ll see. One image was enough and just didn’t have the appetite to take more photos. Will I return? Well I do believe in second chances so yes. I will drop in for dinner to see if that makes a difference. Until then this is all of 2 stars.

Servers are hard to understand and don’t introduce themselves. The sushi is ok for those that aren’t picky. Almost everything on the menu is tempura. They use ginger that has added pink dye. Ginger is supposed to be s yellow color naturally. The menu is extensive and hard to sort through. Fatsumo sushi in Gulfport or Pass Christian is still my favorite. Their product is much better quality

I came to Biloxi for work and stayed for 2 weeks. During that time, my coworkers and I came here 3 times. You read that right, 3 times. 3 times, never disappointed. The food is delicious; had many different rolls, appetizers, and even a katsu plate. I was never disappointed with my food selection. But what sends this place into the 5 star realm is the service. Our first night here we had a waiter that made it his job to give us anything we asked for! And if he couldn’t make it happen, he expressed remorse!(unheard of!) Actual exchange: Us: «Do you have spicy edamame?» Waiter: «No, I’m sorry we don’t. But I’m sure we can make it spicy for you» 2nd visit(5 days later): Us: «I can’t remember what I ordered last week… do you happen to remember?» Waiter: «uhmmmm…you had…(then proceeds to list off appetizers and orders of everyone at the table from last week)» Can you say amazing? If I’m ever back in Biloxi, I’m coming back here.
