Came in to get pins! The shop is tiny, off to the side of the café. The staff is not very knowledgable on the pins as I found the ones I was looking for on my own. She was a new employee and she was very nice. Pins were scattered everywhere, not too organized.

After walking over to HR we where hollered at by a very loud person at players club, with can I help you. I was not even close to getting in line. After getting to the desk we where told players club was down and had no idea when it would be up. We still played a few machines and had to go back to the desk to cash out. All machine that do this were also down. Did not see 1 drink person the time we spent there. Needed less to say they can forget about me spending any time in there again.

The food was ok. The service was very slow. Everyone was very friendly and energetic. $ 4 for a tea is a tad bit outrageous though.

Average at best. I love the casino but the café is strictly a name brand. The food is over priced and there is nothing super special about it. Especially with the half shell and Ruth Chris restaurants next to it. I did enjoy the atmosphere. It is always a party style upbeat atmosphere that lightens the mood.

Great place to dine in for lunch or dinner with friends and/or your significant other and/or family! Very family orientated and the vibe is amazing. They play the 80s music and music videos all around the vicinity with Hella Tvs provided. When only when there isnt a game playing to watch! Other than that, they also have a souvenir shop right walk-in distance as you enter/exit the restaurant. Price of food is descent, and so are portions are just right! But ordering drinks, is totally not worth it. So pre-game before coming here if you want to feel the buzz, or you’ll be paying premium price that’ll break your bank! But if youre feeling lucky, you can win all that money’s spent on dining in, where theres a casino just as you exit the building! However, play wisely or forever remorse, namm sayinn… All in all, to final up my review, I had a total great experience dining in. Server are friendly, they do check up on my group quite often, but not as often where its annoying. And a manager too that checks on us on how we’re doing and how is the meal! Will definitely be back only to dine in, but not drink adult beverages! Maybe just a beer, and no liqour.

Great atmosphere, medicore food, and medicore service about sums it up for me. All we ordered was the appetizer sampler(jumbo combo) which is something that I typically love at other Hard Rock locations. I love chicken wings but the ones on the sampler were below average. I didn’t try any drinks as I was already tipsy and they are very overpriced. I had a great stay at the Hard Rock hotel and a great time at the casino, but I will probably choose a different restaurant next time to finish the night.

I’m a firm believer that staff who work(and other hardtack cafes) here feel like the do have to work for tips. The kitchen was super slow. The server was non existent until it was time to pay and the food is average to below. The had the pulled chicken sandwich. Very bland. The fries were the best part of the meal. Hubby had a chicken club which was huge and tasty.

We were at the Hard Rock Hotel for the weekend and spent a good bit of time at the bar side of the café. For the LSU game on Saturday afternoon(against Olé Miss), they put us on stage right in front of a TV, and took care of us for 4 hours! Friendly and really nice. In fact, they were the kind of folks you sort of like to get to know and we spent a bit if time thorough the day talking and getting to know them a little. Very nice staff. The food was pretty good — we ate mostly appetizers throughout the game. The bartender was great. Margaritas, pina coladas, bloody marys, martinis kept coming and were a cut above. So was the beer list. They do a beer flight sampler and you can choose from about 10 or so craft beers. I had a nice group of 4 that were really good. We’ll be returning for sure.

Really two stars but I gave them an extra. Okay, so I was hungry Saturday night, I thought I would try Sal and Mookie’s. BIG mistake! I went in and was seated. 10 mins later, no water, no menu, no service. 20 mins later, nothing.(I waited 30 mins for nothing) so I left very bitter, I saw this HUGE guitar and was like «cool man» so I went in and sat at the bar, the bartender was very sweet and got my order quickly. The food was pretty mediocre, and was overpriced. $ 3.95 for an unsweetened ice tea?!(I hope some dead rock star is serving it to me) Anyway, the place is overpriced but hard rock improved my night.

I went in expecting great things from this chain. I thought because of the name we could have a wonderful experience with great food. Yes, the atmosphere was very cool, nice to look at all the memorabilia. We were seating pretty shortly after our arrival, which for a party of 14 is wonderful. After that there was nothing that made me want to visit again. The prices versus the taste of the food was outrageous. All of the menu items were $ 17-$ 35. My sister has a pretty severe gluten allergy, when she asked if they had a gluten free menu our waiter was extremely unhelpful. He said no they did not offer a gluten free menu, but they would be glad to «cater to her dietary needs», but after that offered zero assistance whatsoever. Didn’t even ask what she preferred or try to give her any options. The Norwegian salmon was nice, not $ 22 nice though. The mashed potatoes were not flavorful and the broccoli was not seasoned at all. The Bruschetta was great. The Texan sandwich was also good, but not worth the $ 18 that we spent. Over all I would not return unless you are going to the casino to sign up for a players card to receive your free t shirt.

Our waitress, Lisa, cussed the entire time she served us. I understand the Hard Rock is a «cool» place, but it’s never cool to use foul language every sentence. She was«new,» but that is no excuse for what happened. It took an hour and a half for a party of six(the restaurant was nearly empty) to get drinks and appetizers. When we needed a refill, she would act like we were bothering her(she never brought two of my colleagues their drinks). When we got our tickets, all of the orders were mixed up and none of the totals were right. After we fixed that, the most we could anyway, it took another 30 minutes for us to get our final copy. The next day, we noticed that Lisa charged more than what our total bill said. This is absolutely unacceptable.

When in Biloxi, in Hard Rock Café. I love me the Nachos and the Appetizer Sampler, and I wouldn’t change anything about it. The boys got the Texan, and split it! Never tried drinks because you can’t beat the Free beverages once inside the casino. Maybe consider lowering the price of the alcoholic beverages to up your sales. Kind regards.

My family and I stopped by the Hard Rock Café on the way home. It was a Saturday afternoon around St. Patricks Day, there was a scheduled parade and the area was packed. We slipped into the restaurant while the crowd went to the parade so the café wasn’t busy. We were seated immediately. They had a guy playing a guitar along with other instruments. He was really talented. Our waitress was very friendly and attended to our drink order quickly. We she returned, we were ready to place our food order. I ordered the Hard Rock burger, my wife ordered the pulled pork sandwich and my kids ordered the kids pizza and Mac n cheese. The burger was delicious, cooked just the way I ordered it(medium). My wife said the pulled pork was average nothing to rave about. I tried the kid pizza, it was ok, what you would expect for a kid pizza, the crust was kinda tough, very similar to a pita pizza. The Mac n cheese was not the typical Kraft Mac n cheese. It’s made with cavatappi pasta(spiral tubes), the cheese was good. What I liked was the guitar plates the kids meal was served in and the switch blade knife served with my burger(check out my photos). The wait for food was a little longer than I expected. The restrooms are located outside the restaurant. The dessert didn’t appeal to me, we decide to hit the Ben & Jerry’s down the hall just past the restrooms. We will come back to this restaurant when we stay in Biloxi for a quick getaway.

Maybe I came with expectations too high but I definitely expected more out of the Café. First issue for me: their prices. I live in NYC so I’m used to everything being expensive but 15 $ for a drink seems excessive to me .I paid 18 $ for a shrimp platter and hubby paid 16 for a burger… that’s a bit high for a restaurant in the south imo. My fries didn’t taste«fresh» but my shrimps tasted better. I didn’t like the coleslaw but hubby did. Only highlight was getting our glasses at the gift store and striking a convo with the funny and vibrant Lindsey(?).

My 9 year old loves this place. Obviously the décor and ambiance is fun but the menu selection STINKS if you want anything healthy at all. Great for the occasional diversion if you are a local. Our waiter today was amazing and the fact that management cares enough to reach out to their customers says alot.

Haven’t been to a Hard Rock Café in a really long time. I knew why once I had the buffalo style hot wings, they were average. Glad I stopped short of ordering wings. The food’s price point is higher than the quality served. The best part was our waitress. She was friendly and kept checking on us.

Good spot: next to the beach, next to other casinos, and very close to Keesler AFB. Very popular and crowded during the weekends and holidays. Keep in mind that the food portions can be shareable, or if hungry, then go at it solo mojo. Food is mediocre, it’s nothing to brag about. Sitting on stage next to the speakers and tv was quite hard to hear the other person talking, it ended up more of yelling across the table. Despite the food and noise, the service was good. Keep in mind, add a couple of dollars to your drink = get a souvenir glass. Wouldn’t mind coming back, but it’s not something to crave for.
